Embodiments of the present application provide a laser light source and a laser projection device. The laser light source includes a laser assembly, where the laser assembly includes a laser and a circuit board, the laser includes a substrate and a light emitting chip arranged on the substrate, a lateral surface of the substrate is provided with a plurality of pins extending outwards therefrom, the circuit board is arranged on a side where the pins extend, and the circuit board is electrically connected to the pins. The laser light source of the present application features simple assembling and disassembling, reliable performance and relatively low cost.

What is claimed is: 1 . A laser light source, comprising a laser assembly, wherein the laser assembly comprises a laser and a circuit board, the laser comprises a substrate and a light emitting chip arranged on the substrate, a lateral surface of the substrate is provided with a plurality of pins extending outwards therefrom, the circuit board is arranged on a side where the pins extend, and the circuit board is electrically connected to the pins. 2 . The laser light source according to claim 1 , wherein the circuit board has a first surface and a second surface, which are oppositely arranged, and the pins are soldered on the first surface of the circuit board. 3 . The laser light source according to claim 1 , wherein a light emitting surface of the laser is parallel to the substrate, and the circuit board is parallel to the substrate. 4 . The laser light source according to claim 1 , wherein the circuit board is provided with a receiving region for receiving the laser, and the laser is arranged in the receiving region. 5 . The laser light source according to claim 4 , wherein the receiving region is a through hole or an open slot formed in the circuit board. 6 . The laser light source according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of the pins are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the substrate. 7 . The laser light source according to claim 1 , further comprising a housing, on which the laser assembly is arranged. 8 . The laser light source according to claim 7 , wherein the housing comprises a first bearing part and a second bearing part, the first bearing part being configured to bear the circuit board, and the second bearing part being configured to bear the laser. 9 . The laser light source according to claim 7 , wherein at least one of the laser and the circuit board is connected to the housing by a fastener. 10 . The laser light source according to claim 7 , wherein the housing has a laser mounting port, in which the laser is arranged, and the laser further comprises a base which fixes and supports one surface of the substrate, another surface of the substrate is provided with the light emitting chip, and serves as the light emitting surface of the laser, and the laser is securely connected to the housing through the base; the laser light source further comprises a sealing element, which comprises a top part and a side part, wherein the top part covers an edge of the light emitting surface of the laser, the side part wraps around the periphery of the base, and the side part is interference-fitted with the laser mounting port. 11 . A laser projection device, comprising a light source according to claim 1 . 12 . The laser projection device according to claim 11 , wherein the circuit board has a first surface and a second surface, which are oppositely arranged, and the pins are soldered on the first surface of the circuit board. 13 . The laser projection device according to claim 11 , there are at least two circuit boards, whose positions correspond to the pins. 14 . The laser projection device according to claim 11 , there is one circuit board, on which a receiving region is provided for receiving the laser, and the laser is arranged in the receiving region. 15 . The laser projection device according to claim 14 , wherein the receiving region is a through hole or an open slot formed in the circuit board. 16 . The laser projection device according to claim 11 , wherein the plurality of the pins are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the substrate. 17 . The laser projection device according to claim 11 , further comprising a housing, on which the laser assembly is arranged. 18 . The laser projection device according to claim 17 , wherein the housing comprises a first bearing part and a second bearing part, the first bearing part being configured to bear the circuit board, and the second bearing part being configured to bear the laser. 19 . The laser projection device according to claim 17 , wherein at least one of the laser and the circuit board is connected to the housing by a fastener. 20 . The laser projection device according to claim 17 , wherein the housing has a laser mounting port, in which the laser is arranged, and the laser further comprises a base which fixes and supports one surface of the substrate, another surface of the substrate is provided with the light emitting chip, and serves as the light emitting surface of the laser, and the laser is securely connected to the housing through the base; the laser light source further comprises a sealing element, which comprises a top part and a side part, wherein the top part covers an edge of the light emitting surface of the laser, the side part wraps around the periphery of the base, and the side part is interference-fitted with the laser mounting port.
