The present invention provides a compound represented by formula (I) (in formula (I), R 1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, R 2 represents a substituted or unsubstituted C1-8 alkyl group, R 3 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, A represents a substituted or unsubstituted o-phenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted bezylene group, or the like, B represents an oxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted oxymethylene group, or the like, and Q represents a substituted or unsubstituted o-phenylene group), or a salt thereof.

The compound according to claim 1 , wherein A is a substituted or unsubstituted o-phenylene group, and B is a substituted or unsubstituted oxymethylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted methyleneoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted dimethylene group, or a substituted or unsubstituted vinylene group. 3 . The compound according to claim 1 , wherein A is a substituted or unsubstituted o-phenylene group, and B is a substituted or unsubstituted oxymethylene group, or a substituted or unsubstituted methyleneoxy group. 4 . A formulation for controlling harmful organisms, comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of the compounds as recited in claim 1 , and salts thereof, as an active ingredient. 5 . An insecticidal or acaricidal formulation, comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of the compounds as recited in claim 1 , and salts thereof, as an active ingredient. 6 . A formulation for controlling ectoparasites, comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of the compounds as recited in claim 1 , and salts thereof, as an active ingredient. 7 . A formulation for controlling Thysanoptera insect pests, comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of the compounds as recited in claim 1 , and salts thereof, as an active ingredient.
