What is claimed is: 1 . A bag in box container comprising: a tap dispenser engaged with said bag in box container; a front panel that is a dispensing side of said bag in box container, a rear panel opposite said front panel, opposing side panels connecting said front panel to said rear panel, a bottom panel below said tap dispenser, and a top panel opposite said bottom panel, wherein said front panel has a front panel exterior facing surface and an opposing front panel interior facing surface; a removable tear strip in said front panel at least partially covering said tap dispenser; a tap dispenser seating panel having an upper part facing said front panel and a movable bottom part with which said tap dispenser is engaged, wherein said movable bottom part has a first position away from said front panel interior facing surface and a second position facing said front panel interior facing surface when said removable tear strip is separated from said front panel, wherein said movable bottom part is swingable about an axis that is between said tap dispenser and said top panel. 2 . The bag in box container according to claim 1 , wherein said bag in box container further comprises a dosing cup housed in an interior space of said bag in box container defined by said front panel, said rear panel, said side panels, said top panel, and said bottom panel. 3 . The bag in box container according to claim 2 , wherein said dosing cup has a closed end and an open end and a peripheral wall extending from said closed end to said open end, wherein when said moveable bottom part is in said first position, at least a portion of said tap dispenser is within said dosing cup. 4 . The bag in box container according to claim 3 , wherein said tap dispenser is engaged with a flexible bag housed in an interior space of said bag in box container defined by said front panel, said rear panel, said side panels, said top panel, and said bottom panel, wherein said flexible bag contains liquid laundry detergent or liquid fabric softener, and static pressure from said liquid laundry detergent or said liquid fabric softener applies force to said bottom part to rotate said bottom part about said axis from said first position to said second position. 5 . The bag in box container according to claim 1 , wherein said tap dispenser seating panel is integral with said top panel, wherein said tap dispenser is engaged with a flexible bag housed in an interior space of said bag in box container defined by said front panel, said rear panel, said side panels, said top panel, and said bottom panel, wherein said flexible bag contains liquid laundry detergent or liquid fabric softener. 6 . A bag in box container comprising: a tap dispenser engaged with said bag in box container; a front panel that is a dispensing side of said bag in box container, a rear panel opposite said front panel, opposing side panels connecting said front panel to said rear panel, a bottom panel below said tap dispenser, and a top panel opposite said bottom panel, wherein said front panel has a front panel exterior facing surface and an opposing front panel interior facing surface; a removable tear strip in said front panel at least partially covering said tap dispenser; a tap dispenser seating panel having an upper part facing said front panel and a movable bottom part with which said tap dispenser is engaged, wherein said movable bottom part has a first position away from said front panel interior facing surface and a second position facing said front panel interior facing surface when said removable tear strip is separated from said front panel. 7 . The bag in box container according to claim 6 , wherein when said movable bottom part is in said second position said tap dispenser projects beyond said front panel exterior facing surface though an opening defined by said tear strip. 8 . The bag in box container according to claim 7 , wherein said bag in box container further comprises a dosing cup in an interior space of said bag in box container defined by said front panel, said rear panel, said side panels, said top panel and said bottom panel. 9 . The bag in box container according to claim 8 , wherein said dosing cup has a closed end and an open end and a peripheral wall extending from said closed end to said open end, wherein when said moveable bottom part is in said first position, at least a portion of said tap dispenser is within said dosing cup. 10 . The bag in box container according to claim 6 , wherein said tap dispenser is engaged with a flexible bag housed in an interior space of said bag in box container defined by said front panel, said rear panel, said side panels, said top panel and said bottom panel, wherein said flexible bag contains liquid laundry detergent or liquid fabric softener. 11 . The bag in box container according to claim 6 , wherein a collar is engaged with said tap dispenser and said moveable bottom part is between said collar and a flexible bag housed in an interior space of said bag in box container. 12 . The bag in box container according to claim 6 , wherein said upper part is engaged with a panel selected from the group consisting of said top panel, one or both of said side panels, said front panel, and combinations thereof. 13 . The bag in box container according to claim 6 , wherein said upper part is integral with a panel selected from the group consisting of said top panel, one or both of said side panels, said front panel, and combinations thereof. 14 . The bag in box container according to claim 6 , wherein said bag in box container further comprises: a first leg flap positioned exterior to said bottom panel, said first leg flap extending from a first proximal end associated with said bag in box container to a first distal end and having a first hinge line positioned between said first proximal end and said first distal end; a second leg flap positioned exterior to said bottom panel, said second leg flap extending from a second proximal end associated with said bag in box container to a second distal end and having a second hinge line positioned between said second proximal end and said second distal end; a first discontinuity in said bottom panel positioned between said first hinge line and said first distal end and operably engageable with said first distal end when said first leg flap is folded about said first hinge line; a second discontinuity in said bottom panel positioned between said second hinge line and said second distal end and operably engageable with said second distal end when said second leg flap is folded about said second hinge line; wherein, when said first distal end is engaged with said first discontinuity and said second distal end is engaged with said second discontinuity a resting plane defined by said hinge lines is separated from said tap dispenser. 15 . The bag in box container according to claim 6 , wherein said removable tear strip is bounded by a frangible boundary. 16 . A process for deploying the bag in box container according to claim 6 comprising the steps of: orienting said bottom panel such that said top panel is positioned above said bottom panel; removing said removable tear strip from said front panel; and moving said moveable bottom part from said first position to said second position. 17 .
