1 . A medical image management system comprising: an information terminal apparatus configured to transmit medical-related particular-use information about imaging of a particular patient as a part of a physician ordered medical study; an image pickup apparatus configured to acquire image data; and a processor including hardware configured to generate a medical image data file by associating (1) medical service-related data included in or derived from the medical-related particular-use information with (2) the image data. 2 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 , wherein the processor derives the medical service related data from the medical-related particular-use information by classifying at least one of various kinds of information about an examination, such as information on “when”, “where”, “who”, “for whom”, “with which kind of apparatus” and “which kind of examination”, from the medical-related particular-use information. 3 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 , wherein the medical image data file generated by the processor includes information about whether photographing by the image pickup apparatus, based on the medical-related particular-use information, has been performed or not. 4 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 , wherein the processor includes a function of judging whether photographing by the image pickup apparatus, based on the medical-related particular-use information, is possible or not. 5 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 , wherein the processor is provided in the image pickup apparatus. 6 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 , wherein the processor is provided in a file server connected via a network, between the information terminal apparatus and the image pickup apparatus. 7 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 , wherein the medical image data file includes an identification of a referring physician. 8 . The medical image management system according to claim 7 , wherein the identification of the referring physician was included in a general order associated with the medical-related particular-use information. 9 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 , wherein the medical image data file includes an identification of a person or organization operating the image pickup apparatus to acquire the image data. 10 . The medical image management system according to claim 9 , wherein the identification of a person or organization operating the image pickup apparatus to acquire the image data was included in a general order associated with the medical-related particular-use information. 11 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 , wherein the medical image data file includes an identification of a patient to be imaged by the image pickup apparatus to acquire the image data. 12 . The medical image management system according to claim 11 , wherein the identification of a patient was included in a general order associated with the medical-related particular-use information. 13 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 , wherein the medical image data file includes (1) an identification of a physician requested study involving the acquisition of the image data by the image pickup apparatus, and (2) required attributes of the image pickup apparatus for performing the physician requested study. 14 . The medical image management system according to claim 13 , wherein (1) the identification of a physician requested study involving the acquisition of the image data by the image pickup apparatus, and (2) the required attributes of the image pickup apparatus for performing the physician requested study were included in a general order associated with the medical-related particular-use information. 15 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 wherein the medical-related particular-use information includes settings to be applied to the image pickup apparatus. 16 . The medical image management system according to claim 1 wherein the medical-related particular-use information includes instructions specifying how to operate the image pickup apparatus during acquisition of the image data by the image pickup apparatus. 17 . A medical image acquisition apparatus comprising: a communication circuit configured to receive medical-related particular-use information; and a processor including hardware, wherein the processor generates a medical image data file by associating (1) image data acquired by an image pickup device according to the medical-related particular-use information with (2) medical service-related data included in or derived from the medical-related particular-use information. 18 . The medical image acquisition apparatus according to claim 17 , further comprising: the image pickup device. 19 . A medical image data file acquisition method comprising: transmitting medical-related particular-use information about a particular individual; receiving the medical-related particular-use information; performing an image pickup operation according to the medical-related particular-use information to acquire a image data in which image data and general metadata are associated with each other; generating medical metadata based on the medical-related particular-use information; and generating a medical image data file by associating (1) the medical metadata with (2) the image data. 20 . A medical image management server configured to perform a communication control method comprising: receiving, from an information terminal apparatus configured to transmit medical-related particular-use information about a particular individual, the medical-related particular-use information; responsive to receiving the medical-related particular-use information, transmitting to an image pickup apparatus, an instruction to have the image pickup apparatus perform an image pickup operation according to the received medical-related particular-use information; and receiving from the image pickup apparatus, image data obtained by the image pickup operation performed by the image pickup apparatus.
