1 - 15 . (canceled) 16 . An injection device comprising: an energy source; an electronic component configured to be electrically decoupled from the energy source; a priming component configured to generate a trigger; and a mechanism attached to the priming component and configured to perform operations comprising in response to receiving the trigger, electrically coupling the energy source to the electronic component. 17 . The injection device of claim 16 , wherein the mechanism comprises a switch configured to be activated for electrically coupling the energy source to the electronic component. 18 . The injection device of claim 16 , wherein the energy source is configured to be moveable between two positions. 19 . The injection device of claim 18 , wherein the mechanism is configured to couple the energy source to the electronic component by moving the energy source from a first position, in which the energy source is electrically decoupled from the electronic component to a second position, in which the energy source is electrically coupled with the electronic component. 20 . The injection device of claim 16 , wherein the electronic component comprises two contact plates. 21 . The injection device of claim 20 , wherein the energy source comprises two pins configured to couple with the two contact plates. 22 . The injection device of claim 16 , wherein the electronic component is included in a plunger stopper. 23 . The injection device of claim 16 , wherein the energy source is attached to at least one of a bearing, a plunger rod, and a cavity in a plunger head. 24 . The injection device of claim 21 , wherein the electronic component is included in a plunger stopper and the two pins are configured to pierce at least a portion of the plunger stopper for electrically coupling with the electronic component. 25 . The injection device of claim 23 , wherein the energy source is attached to a plunger rod separated from the bearing by an electrically insulating membrane and configured to move in a distal direction during priming and dispense of a medicament. 26 . The injection device of claim 21 , wherein the two pins are configured to pierce the electrically insulating membrane for electrically coupling with the electronic component. 27 . The injection device of claim 16 , comprising a support configured to attach the energy source to a component of the injection device. 28 . The injection device of claim 27 , wherein the support comprises a shape configured to transmit a dispensing force from the priming component to electrically couple the energy source to the electronic component. 29 . The injection device of claim 16 , comprising a medicament reservoir comprising a medicament. 30 . A medicament injection system comprising: an injection device comprising: an energy source, an electronic component configured to be electrically decoupled from the energy source, a priming component configured to generate a trigger, and a mechanism attached to the priming component and configured to performing operations comprising in response to receiving the trigger, electrically coupling the energy source to the electronic component; and an external processor configured to communicate with the electronic component. 31 . The medicament injection system of claim 30 , wherein the electronic component comprises an antenna configured to transmit an electric signal to the external processor. 32 . The medicament injection system of claim 31 , wherein the external processor is configured to perform operations comprising: receiving a user input indicating that a medicament is to be expelled by the injection device; and transmitting to the priming component of the injection device a signal to generate the trigger. 33 . The medicament injection system of claim 32 , wherein the antenna is configured to transmit an amount of the medicament to be expelled. 34 . The medicament injection system of claim 30 , further comprising a support configured to attach the energy source to a component of the injection device. 35 . The medicament injection system of claim 34 , wherein the support comprises a shape configured to transmit a dispensing force from the priming component to electrically couple the energy source to the electronic component.
