1 . A charge-transporting varnish comprising: a charge-transporting material, a fluorinated alkyl phosphate onium salt, and an organic solvent, wherein the fluorinated alkyl phosphate onium salt includes a fluorinated alkyl phosphate onium salt consisting of an anion of formula (a1) and a countercation: wherein R is an alkyl group of 1 to 10 carbon atoms, a fluoroalkyl group of 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an aralkyl group of 7 to 10 carbon atoms, or a fluoroaralkyl group of 7 to 10 carbon atoms. 2 . The charge-transporting varnish of claim 1 , wherein the charge-transporting material is at least one selected from an aniline derivative and a thiophene derivative. 3 . The charge-transporting varnish of claim 2 , wherein the charge-transporting material is the aniline derivative. 4 . A charge-transporting thin film, obtained from the charge-transporting varnish of claim 1 . 5 . An organic electroluminescent device, comprising the charge-transporting thin film of claim 4 . 6 . A method of producing a charge-transporting thin film, the method comprising applying the charge-transporting varnish of claim 1 on a substrate, and evaporating a solvent.
