1 . A film having: a relative permittivity of 9 or higher at a frequency of 1 kHz and 30° C.; a volume resistivity of 5E+15 Ω·cm or higher at 30° C.; and a breakdown strength of 500 V/μm or higher. 2 . The film according to claim 1 , wherein the film has a crystallinity of 60% or higher. 3 . The film according to claim 1 , wherein the film has a half width of a crystal peak of 0.5 to 1.5 in X-ray diffraction. 4 . The film according to claim 1 , wherein the film comprises a polymer. 5 . The film according to claim 1 , wherein the film comprises a fluoropolymer having a melting point of 180° C. or higher. 6 . The film according to claim 1 , wherein the film comprises a fluoropolymer containing a vinylidene fluoride unit. 7 . The film according to claim 1 , wherein the film has a thickness of 1 to 100 μm. 8 . The film according to claim 1 , wherein the film is a highly dielectric film or a piezoelectric film. 9 . The film according to claim 1 , wherein the film is intended to be used in a film capacitor, an electrowetting device, or a piezoelectric panel.
