A printing apparatus performs control for printing the print data, in a case where the print data for which the logic print queue name is designated is received in a state where the forced reservation function is enabled, based on a print setting registered in association with the designated logic print queue name.

What is claimed is: 1 . A printing apparatus comprising: a memory storing instructions; and a processor executing the instructions causing the printing apparatus to: receive print data; set whether to enable a reservation function that reserves the received print data without printing the print data at least until receipt of a print instruction from a user, irrespective of whether reserving is designated for the received print data; register a print setting in association with a logic print queue name; and perform control for printing the print data, in a case where the print data for which the logic print queue name is designated is received in a state where the reservation function is enabled, based on the print setting registered in association with the designated logic print queue name. 2 . The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein control is performed to print the print data for which the logic print queue name is designated based on the print setting registered in association with the designated logic print queue name without reserving the print data. 3 . The printing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein a condition for print data not to be reserved even in a state where the reservation function is enabled is settable, and wherein, in a case where it is determined that the print data for which the logic print queue name is designated satisfies the condition, control is performed to print the print data based on the print setting registered in association with the designated logic print queue name without reserving the print data. 4 . The printing apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein at least one of an owner name of the print data, an internet protocol (IP) address of a transmission source of the print data, and a transmission protocol of the print data is settable as the condition for the print data not to be reserved even in the state where the reservation function is enabled. 5 . The printing apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein execution or cancellation of printing is settable as processing for the print data not to be reserved even in the state where the reservation function is enabled. 6 . The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein control is performed to reserve the print data for which the logic print queue name is designated in connection with the print setting registered in association with the logic print queue name, and print the print data based on the print setting in response to receipt of a print instruction for the reserved print data from a user. 7 . The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein control is performed to reserve the print data for which the logic print queue name is designated, and print the print data based on the print setting registered in association with the logic print queue name in response to receipt of a print instruction for the reserved print data from a user. 8 . The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the print data for which the logic print queue name is designated is transmitted based on a Line Printer Remote (LPR) protocol. 9 . A control method for a printing apparatus configured to set whether to enable a reservation function that reserves received print data without printing the print data at least until receipt of a print instruction from a user, irrespective of whether reserving is designated for the received print data, and register a print setting in association with a logic print queue name, the control method comprising: receiving the print data; and performing control for printing the print data, in a case where the print data for which the logic print queue name is designated is received in a state where the reservation function is enabled, based on the print setting registered in association with the designated logic print queue name. 10 . A non-transitory computer readable storage medium on which is stored a computer program for making a computer execute a control method for a printing apparatus configured to set whether to enable a reservation function that reserves received print data without printing the print data at least until receipt of a print instruction from a user, irrespective of whether reserving is designated for the received print data, and register a print setting in association with a logic print queue name, the control method comprising: receiving the print data; and performing control for printing the print data, in a case where the print data for which the logic print queue name is designated is received in a state where the reservation function is enabled, based on the print setting registered in association with the designated logic print queue name.
