As a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer that allows a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery to have an improved high-rate characteristic, a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer is provided that includes an organic filler having a cation exchange capacity of not less than 0.5 meq/g.

1 . A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer, comprising: an organic filler; and at least one binder resin, the organic filler having a cation exchange capacity of not less than 0.5 meq/g. 2 . The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer according to claim 1 , wherein the organic filler has a content of not less than 60% by weight and not more than 99.5% by weight with respect to a total weight of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer. 3 . The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer according to claim 1 , wherein: the at least one binder resin is selected from the group consisting of a polyolefin, a (meth)acrylate-based resin, a fluorine-containing resin, a polyamide-based resin, a polyester-based resin, and a water-soluble polymer. 4 . The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer according to claim 3 , wherein the polyamide-based resin is aramid resin. 5 . A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery laminated separator, comprising: a polyolefin porous film; and a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer according to claim 1 , the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer being provided on one surface or both surfaces of the polyolefin porous film. 6 . A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery member, comprising: a positive electrode; a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer according to claims 1 ; and a negative electrode, the positive electrode, the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer, and the negative electrode being arranged in this order. 7 . A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery member, comprising: a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery porous layer according to claim 1 . 8 . A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery member, comprising: a positive electrode; a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery laminated separator according to claim 5 ; and a negative electrode, the positive electrode, the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery laminated separator, and the negative electrode being arranged in this order. 9 . A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, comprising: a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery laminated separator according to claim 5 .
