1 . A method of chemically preparing a salt of heme iron of Chemical Formula 1 below, not derived from porcine blood, containing no animal component, and having high purity, the method comprising: A) dissolving a protoporphyrin IX derivative in an organic solvent, adding an iron compound and performing heating; B) removing the organic solvent; and C) subjecting a product obtained in step B) to chlorination. 2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising purification process between step B) and step C). 3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising dewatering process after step C). 4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the protoporphyrin IX derivative is protoporphyrin IX or protoporphyrin IX dimethyl ester. 5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the organic solvent is tetrahydrofuran or N,N-dimethylformamide. 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the iron compound is selected from the group consisting of FeCl 2 .4H 2 O, FeBr 2 .4H 2 O, and FeI 2 .4H 2 O. 7 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the purification is performed using diatomaceous earth. 8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the high purity is 95% or more. 9 . A salt of heme iron of Chemical Formula 1 below not derived from porcine blood and containing no animal component, prepared by the method of claim 1 . 10 . A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating iron-deficiency anemia, containing the salt of heme iron of claim 9 as an active ingredient, without containing an animal component.
