Provided are a solid electrolyte composition containing an inorganic solid electrolyte (A) having a conductivity of an ion of a metal belonging to Group I or II of the periodic table and a binder (B), in which the binder (B) includes a polymer satisfying the following condition 1 or 2, a solid electrolyte-containing sheet, an all-solid state secondary battery, and methods for manufacturing a solid electrolyte-containing sheet and an all-solid state secondary battery. (Condition 1) A Young's modulus is 0.003 GPa or more and less than 0.2 GPa and a breaking elongation is 300% to 700% (Condition 2) A Young's modulus is 0.2 to 2 GPa and a breaking elongation is 10% to 1,000%

What is claimed is: 1 . A solid electrolyte composition comprising: an inorganic solid electrolyte (A) having a conductivity of an ion of a metal belonging to Group I or II of the periodic table; and a binder (B), wherein the binder (B) includes a polymer satisfying the following condition 1 or 2, (condition 1) A Young's modulus is 0.003 GPa or more and less than 0.2 GPa and a breaking elongation is 300% to 700%, and (condition 2) A Young's modulus is 0.2 to 2 GPa and a breaking elongation is 10% to 1,000%. 2 . The solid electrolyte composition according to claim 1 , wherein the polymer satisfies the following condition 3, (condition 3) A Young's modulus is 0.2 to 2 GPa and a breaking elongation is 300% to 700%. 3 . The solid electrolyte composition according to claim 1 , wherein a yield elongation of the polymer is 10% or more. 4 . The solid electrolyte composition according to claim 1 , further comprising: an active material (C). 5 . The solid electrolyte composition according to claim 1 , further comprising: a dispersion medium (D). 6 . A solid electrolyte-containing sheet comprising: an inorganic solid electrolyte (A) having a conductivity of an ion of a metal belonging to Group I or II of the periodic table; and a binder (B), wherein the binder (B) includes a polymer satisfying the following condition 1 or 2, (condition 1) A Young's modulus is 0.003 GPa or more and less than 0.2 GPa and a breaking elongation is 300% to 700%, and (condition 2) A Young's modulus is 0.2 to 2 GPa and a breaking elongation is 10%/o to 1,000%. 7 . The solid electrolyte-containing sheet according to claim 6 , further comprising: an active material (C). 8 . An all-solid state secondary battery comprising: a positive electrode active material layer; a negative electrode active material layer; and a solid electrolyte layer, wherein at least one layer of the positive electrode active material layer, the negative electrode active material layer, or the solid electrolyte layer is the solid electrolyte-containing sheet according to claim 6 . 9 . A method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte-containing sheet, the method comprising: a step of applying the solid electrolyte composition according to claim 1 on a base material. 10 . A method for manufacturing an all-solid state secondary battery, the method comprising: manufacturing an all-solid state secondary battery using the manufacturing method according to claim 9 .
