1 . A system comprising: one or more memory circuits configured to store a database; one or more processing circuits configured to: accept data from a user indicative of a health or beauty state thereof; and provide a regimen recommendation based on machine learning over the database and the accepted data. 2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuits are further configured to provide a skin care diagnosis to the user based on the machine learning over the database and the accepted data. 3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuits are further configured to: accept feedback data from the user indicative of the efficacy of the regimen recommendation; and modify the regimen recommendation in accordance with the feedback data. 4 . The system of claim 3 , wherein the memory is further configured to store at least one machine learning model upon which the regimen recommendation is based; and the processing circuits are further configured to: update the machine learning model based on the accepted feedback data. 5 . The system of claim 1 further comprising one or more output devices selectively coupled to the processing circuits to configure a product fabrication based on the regimen recommendation. 6 . A method comprising: accepting data from a user indicative of a health or beauty state thereof; and providing a regimen recommendation based on machine learning over a database and the accepted data. 7 . The method of claim 1 further comprising providing a skin care diagnosis to the user based on the machine learning over the database and the accepted data. 8 . The method of claim 1 further comprising: accepting feedback data from the user indicative of the efficacy of the regimen recommendation; and modifying the regimen recommendation in accordance with the feedback data. 9 . The method of claim 3 further comprising storing at least one machine learning model upon which the regimen recommendation is based; and updating the machine learning model based on the accepted feedback data. 10 . The method of claim 1 further comprising configuring a product fabrication based on the regimen recommendation.
