Disclosed is a titanium alloy sheet for electrode, including at least one of 0.1 to 1.0% by mass of Al and 0.1 to 1.0% by mass of Si, with the balance being Ti and inevitable impurities, wherein the total content of Al and Si is 0.2 to 1.0% by mass and an average grain size is 5 to 20 μm.

1 . A titanium alloy sheet for electrode, comprising at least one of 0.1 to 1.0% by mass of Al and 0.1 to 1.0% by mass of Si, with the balance being Ti and inevitable impurities, wherein: a total content of Al and Si is 0.2 to 1.0% by mass; and an average grain size of the titanium alloy sheet is 5 to 20 μm. 2 . The titanium alloy sheet for electrode according to claim 1 , comprising an oxide film containing at least one of Al and Si on a surface thereof, wherein a total content of Al and Si in the oxide film is 0.08 to 0.55% by mass.
