What is claimed is: 1 . A method for sending system information, comprising: receiving, by a terminal, a broadcast message from a network device, the broadcast message comprises indication information for an system information (SI), and wherein that the indication information is for indicating that whether the SI is being broadcasted or not. 2 . The method according to the claim 1 , wherein in case that the indication information indicating that the SI is not being broadcasted, the method comprises: sending, by the terminal, a system information request to the network device for acquiring the SI. 3 . The method according to the claim 2 , wherein the system information request includes an index of the SI. 4 . The method according to the claim 2 , wherein the system information request includes bitmap, the bitmap includes a bit, wherein that a value of the bit indicating that the terminal requests to acquire the SI from the network device, or a value of the bit indicating that the terminal does not request to acquire the SI from the network device. 5 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein the broadcast message includes sending occasion(s) for the SI, the method comprises: after the terminal sent the system information request, the terminal receives the SI on a nearest sending occasion of the sending occasion(s) broadcasted in the broadcast message. 6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein in case that the indication information indicating that the SI is being broadcasted, the method comprises: acquiring, by the terminal, time-frequency resource(s) of the SI according to scheduling information in the broadcast message and receiving the SI on the time-frequency resource(s). 7 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the SI includes a validity time applied for the SI. 8 . An apparatus for sending system information, comprising: a processing circuitry, configured to obtain a broadcast message from a network device, the broadcast message comprises indication information for an system information (SI), and wherein that the indication information is for indicating that whether the SI is being broadcasted or not. 9 . The apparatus according to the claim 8 , wherein the apparatus comprises a transceiver configured to send, wherein in case that the indication information indicating that the SI is not being broadcasted, a system information request to the network device for acquiring the SI. 10 . The apparatus according to the claim 9 , wherein the system information request includes an index of the SI. 11 . The apparatus according to the claim 9 , wherein the system information request includes bitmap, the bitmap includes a bit, wherein that a value of the bit indicating that the apparatus requests to acquire the SI from the network device, or a value of the bit indicating that the apparatus does not request to acquire the SI from the network device. 12 . The apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the broadcast message includes sending occasion(s) for the SI, and wherein the processing circuitry configured to obtain, after the terminal sent the system information request, the SI on a nearest sending occasion of the sending occasion(s) broadcasted in the broadcast message. 13 . The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the processing circuitry configured to acquire, wherein in case that the indication information indicating that the SI is being broadcasted, time-frequency resource(s) of the SI according to scheduling information in the broadcast message and obtain the SI on the time-frequency resource(s). 14 . The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the SI includes a validity time applied for the SI. 15 . A computer-readable storage medium, applied for a terminal, wherein the computer-readable storage medium has instructions, and the instructions executed on the terminal to perform operations of: receiving, by the terminal, a broadcast message from a network device, the broadcast message comprises indication information for an system information (SI), and wherein that the indication information is for indicating that whether the SI is being broadcasted or not. 16 . The computer-readable storage medium according to the claim 15 , wherein in case that the indication information indicating that the SI is not being broadcasted, and wherein that the computer-readable storage medium has instructions that executed on the terminal to perform operations of: sending, by the terminal, a system information request to the network device for acquiring the SI. 17 . The computer-readable storage medium according to the claim 16 , wherein the system information request includes an index of the SI. 18 . The computer-readable storage medium according to the claim 16 , wherein the system information request includes bitmap, the bitmap includes a bit, wherein that a value of the bit indicating that the terminal requests to acquire the SI from the network device, or a value of the bit indicating that the terminal does not request to acquire the SI from the network device. 19 . The computer-readable storage medium according to claim 16 , wherein the broadcast message includes sending occasion(s) for the SI, and wherein that the computer-readable storage medium has instructions that executed on the terminal to perform operations of: the terminal receives, after the terminal sent the system information request, the SI on a nearest sending occasion of the sending occasion(s) broadcasted in the broadcast message. 20 . The computer-readable storage medium according to claim 15 , wherein in case that the indication information indicating that the SI is being broadcasted, and wherein that the computer-readable storage medium has instructions that executed on the terminal to perform operations of: acquiring, by the terminal, time-frequency resource(s) of the SI according to scheduling information in the broadcast message and receiving the SI on the time-frequency resource(s).
