A sealing element of a motor vehicle, comprising a body, at least one first region, and at least one second region, the at least one first region composed of a first material and the at least one second region composed of a second material having a higher chemical resistance than the first material, wherein a distribution of the at least one first region and a distribution of the at least one second region in a cross-sectional profile of the body is variable in a longitudinal direction extending perpendicular to the cross-sectional profile of the body. 20 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein the at least one first region and the at least one second region directly adjoin one another and are connected to one another. 21 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein the second material is one of fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ), fluororubber (FKM), and hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR). 22 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein the first material is one of ethylene acrylate rubber (AEM), polyacrylate rubber (ACM), methyl-vinyl silicone rubber (MVQ), acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), and ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM). 23 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein the sealing element is structured as a ring seal which is closed in a circumferential direction. 24 . The sealing element according to claim 23 , wherein an inner contour of the body faces an inner region surrounded by the body and includes one of the at least one first region and the at least one second region, and wherein an outer contour of the body facing away from the inner region includes the other of the at least one first region and the at least one second region. 25 . The sealing element according to claim 23 , wherein an inner contour of the body faces an inner region surrounded by the body and includes one of the at least one first region and the at least one second region, and wherein an outer contour of the body facing away from the inner region includes one of the at least one second region and the at least one first region. 26 . The sealing element according to claim 25 , wherein the body includes a plurality of sealing contours which project therefrom, and wherein a first subset of the plurality of sealing contours are structured and arranged to seal the inner region, and a second subset of the plurality of sealing contours are structured and arranged to seal an outer region facing the outer contour. 27 . The sealing element according to claim 26 , further comprising a boundary extending between the at least one first region and the at least one second region in the cross-sectional profile of the body between the first subset of the plurality of sealing contours and the second subset of the plurality of sealing contours. 28 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein the body has in the cross-sectional profile at each site in the longitudinal direction the at least one first region and the at least one second region. 29 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein the body has at least one longitudinal portion composed exclusively from one of the first material of the at least one first region and the second material of the at least one second region. 30 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein the at least one first region and the at least one second region in the cross-sectional profile of the body are disposed mirror-symmetrically at least partially in the longitudinal direction and define a complete cross-sectional profile of the body. 31 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein the body includes a plurality of sealing contours which project therefrom in a direction of a plurality of vehicle component parts which are to be sealed. 32 . The sealing element according to claim 31 , wherein plurality of sealing contours includes at least one of a plurality of sealing lips, a plurality of bead-like thickenings, and a plurality of noses. 33 . The sealing element according to claim 31 , wherein the plurality of sealing contours define a component of the cross-sectional profile of the body which is constant in the longitudinal direction. 34 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein: the sealing element is configured as a ring seal which is closed in a circumferential direction and surrounds an inner region; the body includes an inner sealing contour and an outer sealing contour which project therefrom in a direction of a plurality of vehicle component parts which are to be sealed; the inner sealing contour is structured and arranged to seal the inner region, and the outer sealing contour is structured and arranged to seal an outer region facing an outer contour of the body which faces away from the inner region; and a boundary extends between the at least one first region and the at least one second region in the cross-sectional profile of the body between the inner sealing contour and the outer sealing contour. 35 . The sealing element according to claim 34 , wherein plurality of sealing contours includes at least one of a plurality of sealing lips, a plurality of bead-like thickenings, and a plurality of noses. 36 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein the at least one second region is defined by a film arranged externally on the at least one first region. 37 . The sealing element according to claim 19 , wherein the at least one second region is defined by a coating disposed externally on the at least one first region. 38 . A sealing element of a motor vehicle, comprising a body, at least one first region, and at least one second region, the at least one first region composed of a first material and the at least one second region composed of a second material having a higher chemical resistance than the first material, wherein: a distribution of the at least one first region and a distribution of the at least one second region in a cross-sectional profile of the body is variable in a longitudinal direction extending perpendicular to the cross-sectional profile of the body; the cross-sectional profile of the body includes the at least one first region and the at least one second region at each site in the longitudinal direction; and the body includes a plurality of sealing contours projecting therefrom in a direction of a plurality of vehicle component parts which are to be sealed.
