Official abstract text for this publication.
A wireless device may receive one or more first messages from a base station. The one or more first messages may comprise first configuration parameters of bandwidth parts of a cell. The first configuration parameters may indicate a first default bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts. A bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts may be activated as an active bandwidth part. One or more second messages may be received. The one or more second messages may comprise second configuration parameter of the cell. The second configuration parameters may indicate a second default bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts. In response to the one or more second messages, the second default bandwidth part may be switched to as the active bandwidth part. One or more uplink signals for the second default bandwidth part may be transmitted in response to the switching.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method comprising: receiving, by a wireless device from a base station, one or more first messages comprising first configuration parameters of bandwidth parts of a cell, the first configuration parameters indicating a first default bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts; activating a bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts as an active bandwidth part; receiving one or more second messages comprising second configuration parameter of the cell, the second configuration parameters indicating a second default bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts; switching to the second default bandwidth part as the active bandwidth part in response to the one or more second messages; and transmitting, in response to the switching, one or more uplink signals for the second default bandwidth part. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the cell is a primary cell of a plurality of cells. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the cell is a secondary cell of a plurality of cells. 4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first default bandwidth part is different from the second default bandwidth part. 5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein a first bandwidth value of the first default bandwidth part is less than a second bandwidth value of the cell. 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the second default bandwidth part is different form the first default bandwidth part. 7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein a first synchronization signal of the first default bandwidth part is different from a second synchronization signal of the second default bandwidth part. 8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first configuration parameters of the first default bandwidth part indicate at least one of: a frequency location; a bandwidth; a value of subcarrier spacing; cyclic prefix; and one or more reference signal resource configuration. 9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the activating the bandwidth part is in response to receiving a downlink control information indicating an activation of the cell. 10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the wireless device activates the bandwidth part in response to receiving a medium access control control element indicating an activation of the cell. 11 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising starting a bandwidth part inactivity timer in response to activating the bandwidth part. 12 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more uplink signals comprise at least one of: a preamble; and a scheduling request transmitted on a physical uplink control channel. 13 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising stopping a bandwidth part inactivity timer in response to switching to the second default bandwidth part as the active bandwidth part. 14 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the wireless device activates the bandwidth part in response to receiving a downlink control information indicating an activation of the bandwidth part. 15 . The method of claim 14 , further comprising monitoring a downlink control channel of the bandwidth part in response to the activating the bandwidth part. 16 . The method of claim 14 , further comprising receiving a data packet via a physical downlink shared channel of the bandwidth part in response to the activating the bandwidth part. 17 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more uplink signals comprise at least one of: a channel quality indicator; a reference signal received power; and a reference signal received quality. 18 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the channel quality indicator is based on one or more reference signals of the second default bandwidth part. 19 . The method of claim 18 , wherein the one or more reference signals comprise at least one of: one or more synchronization signal blocks; and one or more channel state information reference signals. 20 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the reference signal received power is based on one or more reference signals of the second default bandwidth part.
