A martensitic stainless steel has a chemical composition containing, by mass %, C: 0.030% or more and less than 0.20%, Si: 0.01% or more and 2.0% or less, Mn: 0.01% or more and 3.0% or less, P: 0.050% or less , S: 0.010% or less, Cr: 10.0% or more and 16.0% or less, Ni: 0.01% or more and 0.80% or less, Al: 0.001% or more and 0.50% or less, Zr: 0.005% or more and 0.50% or less, and N: 0.030% or more and less than 0.20%, with the balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities.

A martensitic stainless steel comprising a chemical composition containing, by mass %, C: 0.030% or more and less than 0.20%, Si: 0.01% or more and 2.0% or less, Mn: 0.01% or more and 3.0% or less, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.010% or less, Cr: 10.0% or more and 16.0% or less, Ni: 0.01% or more and 0.80% or less, Al: 0.001% or more and 0.50% or less, Zr: 0.005% or more and 0.50% or less, and N: 0.030% or more and less than 0.20%, with the balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities. 2 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, by mass %, at least one selected from the group consisting of Cu: 0.01% or more and 3.0% or less, Mo: 0.01% or more and 0.50% or less, and Co: 0.01% or more and 0.50% or less. 3 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, by mass %, at least one selected from the group consisting of Ti: 0.001% or more and 0.50% or less, Nb: 0.001% or more and 0.50% or less, and V: 0.001% or more and 0.50% or less. 4 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, by mass %, at least one selected from the group consisting of B: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less, Ca: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less, and Mg: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less. 5 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 1 , having a tensile strength of 1300 MPa or more, an elongation of 7.0% or more, and an ultimate deformability of 0.5 or more. 6 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, by mass %, at least one selected from the group consisting of Ti: 0.001% or more and 0.50% or less, Nb: 0.001% or more and 0.50% or less, and V: 0.001% or more and 0.50% or less. 7 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, by mass %, at least one selected from the group consisting of B: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less, Ca: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less, and Mg: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less. 8 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 3 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, by mass %, at least one selected from the group consisting of B: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less, Ca: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less, and Mg: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less. 9 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 6 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, by mass %, at least one selected from the group consisting of B: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less, Ca: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less, and Mg: 0.0002% or more and 0.0100% or less. 10 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 2 , having a tensile strength of 1300 MPa or more, an elongation of 7.0% or more, and an ultimate deformability of 0.5 or more. 11 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 3 , having a tensile strength of 1300 MPa or more, an elongation of 7.0% or more, and an ultimate deformability of 0.5 or more. 12 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 4 , having a tensile strength of 1300 MPa or more, an elongation of 7.0% or more, and an ultimate deformability of 0.5 or more. 13 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 6 , having a tensile strength of 1300 MPa or more, an elongation of 7.0% or more, and an ultimate deformability of 0.5 or more. 14 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 7 , having a tensile strength of 1300 MPa or more, an elongation of 7.0% or more, and an ultimate deformability of 0.5 or more. 15 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 8 , having a tensile strength of 1300 MPa or more, an elongation of 7.0% or more, and an ultimate deformability of 0.5 or more. 16 . The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 9 , having a tensile strength of 1300 MPa or more, an elongation of 7.0% or more, and an ultimate deformability of 0.5 or more.
