Provided is a core-shell structure having an excellent immediate effect in transdermal absorption of an active ingredient. A core-shell structure comprising a core portion containing an active ingredient, and a shell portion containing a surfactant having an HLB value of 4 to 14, the core portion being solid, and the surfactant containing a saturated hydrocarbon group having 7 to 15 carbon atoms or an unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 7 to 17 carbon atoms.

1 . A core-shell structure comprising: a core portion containing an active ingredient, and a shell portion containing a surfactant having an HLB value of 4 to 14, the core portion being solid, the surfactant containing a saturated hydrocarbon group having 7 to 15 carbon atoms or an unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 7 to 17 carbon atoms, and the surfactant comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of sorbitan fatty acid esters, glycerin fatty acid esters, propylene glycol fatty acid esters, and fatty acid alkanolamides. 2 . The core-shell structure according to claim 1 , wherein the surfactant is a surfactant formed by linking an alcohol with a fatty acid via ester bonding or amide bonding, and the alcohol has a molecular weight m the range of 70 g/mol to 330 g/mol. 3 . (canceled) 4 . The core-shell structure according to claim 1 , wherein the surfactant comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of sorbitan fatty acid esters, glycerin fatty acid esters, and propylene glycol fatty acid esters. 5 . The core-shell structure according to claim 1 , wherein the glycerin fatty acid ester is at least one selected from monoglycerin fatty acid esters, diglycerin fatty acid esters, and triglycerin fatty acid esters. 6 . The core-shell structure according to claim 1 , wherein a mass ratio between the active ingredient and the surfactant (active ingredient:surfactant) is 1:0.5 to 1:100. 7 . The core-shell structure according to claim 1 , wherein the mass ratio between the active ingredient and the surfactant (active ingredient:surfactant) is 1:5 to 1:100. 8 . The core-shell structure according to claim 1 , wherein the mass ratio between the active ingredient and the surfactant (active ingredient:surfactant) is 1:0.5 to 1:5. 9 . The core-shell structure according to claim 1 , wherein the mass ratio between the active ingredient and the surfactant (active ingredient:surfactant) is 1:0.5 to 1:2. 10 . A formulation comprising the core-shell structure according to claim 1 . 11 . An external medicine comprising the core-shell structure according to claim 1 . 12 . A tape preparation comprising the core-shell structure according to claim 1 . 13 . A cosmetic comprising the core-shell structure according to claim 1 .
