1 - 10 . (canceled) 11 . A composition which comprises: (a) a safe and effective amount of Clostridium butylicum and/or metabolites thereof, wherein the Clostridium butylicum is Butyribacter intestini ; and (b) a food acceptable carrier or a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 12 . The composition of claim 11 , wherein the Clostridium butylicum is Butyribacter intestini TF01-11 with a deposit number of CGMCC 10984. 13 . The composition of claim 11 , wherein the composition comprises 1×10-1×10 20 cfu/mL or cfu/g of Butyribacter intestini TF01-11, based on total volume or total weight of the composition. 14 . The composition of claim 13 , wherein the composition comprises 1×10 4 -1×10 15 cfu/mL or cfu/g of Butyribacter intestini TF01-11, based on total volume or total weight of the composition. 15 . The composition of claim 11 , wherein the composition further comprises other probiotics and/or prebiotics. 16 . A method of treatment which comprises a step of: administrating a Clostridium butylicum or a composition comprising the Clostridium butylicum to a subject in need, wherein the Clostridium butylicum is Butyribacter intestini , and the treatment is for any of the group consisting of: (a) preventing and/or treating obesity; (b) reducing weight and/or blood lipid; (c) preventing and/or treating a cardiovascular disease; (d) preventing and/or treating diabetes; (e) reducing level of monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP-1) in mammals; and (f) improving leptin resistance and increasing sensitivity to leptin in vivo. 17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the Clostridium butylicum is Butyribacter intestini TF01-11 with a deposit number of CGMCC 10984.7. 18 . A Clostridium butylicum which is Butyribacter intestini. 19 . The Clostridium butylicum of claim 18 , wherein the Clostridium butylicum is Butyribacter intestini TF01-11 with a deposit number of CGMCC 10984. 20 . A production method which comprises the following steps: (a) under a condition suitable for culturing, cultivating a Clostridium butylicum , thereby obtaining a culture product; (b) optionally, isolating Clostridium butylicum bacteria cells and/or metabolites thereof from the culture product; and (c) optionally, mixing the obtained Clostridium butylicum bacteria cells and/or their metabolites isolated in the previous step with a food-acceptable carrier or pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, thereby preparing a composition, wherein the Clostridium butylicum is Butyribacter intestini.
