1 - 10 . (canceled) 11 . An organic electronic device comprising: a carrier substrate; a polymer layer formed on the carrier substrate and having a convex portion and a concave portion formed in a surface thereof; a flexible substrate coming in contact with the convex portion of the polymer layer; and an organic electronic element formed on a top surface of the flexible substrate. 12 . The organic electronic device of claim 11 , wherein the polymer layer comprises a polyorganosiloxane. 13 . The organic electronic device of claim 12 , wherein the polyorganosiloxane comprises a repeating unit represented by the following Formula 1: wherein R 1 and R 2 are each independently hydrogen, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, or an aryl group. 14 . The organic electronic device of claim 11 , wherein a contact ratio between the polymer layer and the flexible substrate is in a range of 10 to 95%, based on the total area of the polymer layer. 15 . The organic electronic device of claim 11 , wherein an aspect ratio of the convex portion of the polymer layer is in a range of 0.0001 to 10,000. 16 . A lighting device comprising the organic electronic device defined in claim 11 .
