The present invention relates to a novel heterocyclic compound and an organic light emitting device comprising the same.

1 . A compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1: in Chemical Formula 1, X 1 is O or S, L 1 and L 2 are each independently a single bond; a substituted or unsubstituted C 6-60 arylene; or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-60 heteroarylene containing one or more heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of O, N, Si and S, Y 1 to Y 3 are each independently N or CR 3 , provided that at least one of Y 1 to Y 3 is N, Ar 1a and Ar 1b are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C 6-60 aryl; or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-60 heteroaryl containing 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, R 1 to R 3 are each independently hydrogen; deuterium; halogen; cyano; nitro; amino; a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-60 alkyl; a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-60 haloalkyl; a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-60 alkoxy; a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-60 haloalkoxy: a substituted or unsubstituted C 3-60 cycloalkyl; a substituted or unsubstituted C 2-60 alkenyl; a substituted or unsubstituted C 6-60 aryl; a substituted or unsubstituted C 6-60 aryloxy; or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-60 heteroaryl containing at least one heteroatom selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, n 1 and n 2 are each independently an integer of 0 to 3, and Ar 2 is any one selected from the group consisting of: wherein, Z 11 to Z 14 are each independently hydrogen; deuterium; halogen; cyano; nitro; amino; a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-60 alkyl; a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-60 haloalkyl; wherein Q 1 to Q 6 are each independently hydrogen; deuterium, halogen, cyano; nitro; amino; a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-20 alkyl; or a substituted or unsubstituted C 6-20 aryl, c1 is an integer of 0 to 5, c12 is an integer of 0 to 7, c13 is an integer of 0 to 9, c14 is an integer of 0 to 4, c15 is an integer of 0 to 3, c16 is an integer of 0 to 11, c17 is an integer of 0 to 9, c18 is an integer of n to 6, and c19 is an integer of 0 to 13. 2 . The compound of claim 1 , wherein L 1 and L 2 are each independently a single bond; a substituted or unsubstituted phenylene; a substituted or unsubstituted naphthylene; or a substituted or unsubstituted biphenylenyL. 3 . The compound of claim 1 , wherein L 1 and L 2 are each independently a single bond, or any one selected from the group consisting of: 4 . The compound of claim 1 , wherein Y 1 is N, Y 2 is N, and Y 3 is N; or Y 1 is N, Y 2 is N, and Y 3 is CH; or Y 1 is N, Y 2 is CH, and Y 3 is N; or Y 1 is N, Y 2 is CH, and Y 3 is CH; or Y 1 is CH, Y 2 is CH, and Y 3 is N. 5 . The compound of claim 1 , wherein Ar 1a and Ar 1b are each independently any one selected from the group consisting of: wherein, X 2 is O, S, NZ 4 , or CZ 5 Z 6 , Z 1 to Z 6 are each independently hydrogen; deuterium; halogen; cyano; nitro; amino; a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-20 alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-20 haloalkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C 6-20 aryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-20 heteroaryl containing one or more heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, c1 is an integer of 0 to 5, c2 is an integer of 0 to 4, and c3 is an integer of 0 to 3. 6 .
