A pulsation damper includes: a case in which a fuel chamber is defined; and a damper unit arranged in the fuel chamber to attenuate pressure pulsation of fuel. The damper unit has a diaphragm that is elastically deformed by receiving pressure of fuel, and a plate having a rigidity higher than that of the diaphragm. A gas chamber is defined between the diaphragm and the plate joined with each other.

What is claimed is: 1 . A pulsation damper comprising: a case in which a fuel chamber is defined; and a damper unit arranged in the fuel chamber to attenuate pressure pulsation of fuel, wherein the damper unit has a diaphragm that is elastically deformed by receiving pressure of fuel, and a plate having a rigidity higher than that of the diaphragm, wherein a gas chamber is defined between the diaphragm and the plate joined with each other. 2 . The pulsation damper according to claim 1 , wherein the plate has a protrusion part projected to enlarge or reduce the gas chamber. 3 . The pulsation damper according to claim 2 , wherein the damper unit is one of a plurality of damper units arranged in a predetermined direction in the fuel chamber, the pulsation damper further comprising: a spacer that defines a distance of a space between the diaphragms adjacent to each other in the predetermined direction, wherein the spacer has a regulation part in contact with the protrusion part to restrict the damper unit from moving in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction. 4 . The pulsation damper according to claim 3 , wherein the regulation part has a contact surface in contact with the protrusion part, and the contact surface has a taper shape inclined to the predetermined direction. 5 . The pulsation damper according to claim 2 , wherein the protrusion part has an annular shape surrounding a center of the plate. 6 . The pulsation damper according to claim 1 , further comprising: a spacer that defines a distance of a space between the diaphragm and an opposite component opposing the plate through the diaphragm, wherein the spacer is integrally fixed with the damper unit. 7 . The pulsation damper according to claim 1 , wherein the damper unit is one of a plurality of damper units arranged in the fuel chamber. 8 . A fuel pump device comprising: a fuel pump that compresses and discharges fuel flowing in a fuel passage defined in a pump body; and a pulsation damper that reduces pressure pulsation of the fuel in the fuel passage, wherein the pulsation damper includes a case in which a fuel chamber is defined, and a damper unit arranged in the fuel chamber to attenuate pressure pulsation of fuel, wherein the damper unit has a diaphragm that is elastically deformed by receiving pressure of fuel, and a plate having a rigidity higher than that of the diaphragm, wherein a gas chamber is defined between the diaphragm and the plate joined with each other.
