1 . (canceled) 2 . A method for a home assistant device with artificial intelligence (AI) to facilitate setup of a device within a home environment, comprising: determining, by a processor, that the device is to be set up within the home environment; identifying a set of instructions for setting up the device within the home environment, wherein the set of instructions represent a sequence of steps to be performed to set up the device to operate within the home environment, the sequence of steps including a first step and a second step; providing the first step to be performed by a user to set up the device; determining a user behavior indicative of a technical aptitude of the user related to performance of the first step; determining that a third step is to be performed between the first step and the second step based on the user behavior; providing the third step to be performed to set up the device within the home environment; and providing the second step after completion of the third step to set up the device within the home environment. 3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the technical aptitude is one of a novice technical aptitude, an advanced technical aptitude, or an average technical aptitude. 4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein each of the novice technical aptitude, the advanced technical aptitude, and the average technical aptitude are associated with a different number of steps. 5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein identifying the set of instructions for setting up the device includes determining the technical aptitude of the user. 6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein providing the first step includes displaying a video instruction. 7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the video instruction is displayed via a television connected to the home assistant device. 8 . The method of claim 4 , comprising: determining that the third step is not performed; and wherein the providing of the third step is associated with the updated technical aptitude being a novice technical aptitude. 9 . The method of claim 4 , comprising: determining that the second step is not performed; and providing a video of the second step on a television connected to the home assistant device. 10 . The method of claim 4 , comprising: determining that the second step is not performed; and determining that a user's friend successfully connected the device in another home environment; and providing the user with a contact information for the user's friend that successfully connected the device. 11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein determining that the user's friend successfully connected the device in the another home environment includes accessing a database including the user's friend and the device successfully connected in the another home environment. 12 . An electronic device, comprising: memory configured to store a set of instructions for setting up a device within a home environment, wherein the set of instructions are stored in a database and represent a corresponding sequence of steps to be performed to set up the device to operate within the home environment, the sequence of steps including a first step and a second step to be performed for a first level of technical aptitude, and the sequence of steps including the first step, the second step, and a third step to be performed for a second level of technical aptitude; a controller configured to access the memory to determine the set of instructions, and configured to: determine that the device is to be set up by a user within the home environment; determine that the user has the first level of technical aptitude for setting up the device within the home environment; provide the first step of the set of instructions to the user representing steps to be performed by a user to set up the device; determine a user behavior indicative of a technical aptitude of the user related to performance of the first step of the set of instructions; determine that the user has the second level of technical aptitude rather than the first level of technical aptitude for setting up the device within the home environment, the second level of technical aptitude being a lower level of technical aptitude than the first level, the determination based on the user behavior; and provide the third step to be performed before the second step based on the user being at the second level of technical aptitude rather than the first level of technical aptitude. 13 . The electronic device of claim 12 , wherein the technical aptitude is one of a novice technical aptitude, an advanced technical aptitude, or an average technical aptitude. 14 . The electronic device of claim 13 , wherein each of the novice technical aptitude, the advanced technical aptitude, and the average technical aptitude are associated with a different number of steps. 15 . (canceled) 16 . The electronic device of claim 12 , wherein providing the first step includes displaying a video instruction. 17 . The electronic device of claim 16 , wherein the video instruction is displayed via a television connected to the electronic device. 18 . The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the controller configured to: determine that the third step is not performed; and wherein the providing of the third step is associated with the second level of technical aptitude being the novice technical aptitude. 19 . The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the controller configured to: determine that the third step is not performed; and provide a video of the third step on a television connected to the electronic device. 20 . The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the controller configured to: determine that the second step is not performed; and determine that a user's friend successfully connected the device in another home environment; and provide the user with a contact information for the user's friend that successfully connected the device. 21 . The electronic device of claim 20 , wherein determining that the user's friend successfully connected the device in the another home environment includes accessing the database having a list the user's friend and the device successfully connected in the another home environment. 22 . A computer program product including one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computer program instructions, execution of which by a processor causes the processing system to perform operations comprising: determining that a device is to be set up within a home environment; identifying a set of instructions for setting up the device within the home environment, wherein the set of instructions include a first step, a second step, and a third step to be performed by a user having a first level of technical aptitude to set up the device to operate within the home environment; providing the first step of the set of instructions to the user representing steps to be performed by a user to set up the device; determining that the first setup instruction is completed; determining characteristics related to how the user completed the first step; determining that the characteristics related to how the user completed the first step is indicative of a second level of technical aptitude that is different than the first level of technical aptitude; determining that the second level of technical aptitude provides the first step and the third step, and does not provide the second step to set up the device to operate wit
