Desktop USB Charge device has a built-in or added-on decorative or-and functional unit. The decorative or-and function unit is one of (1) compartment product has medium and miniature-items within the medium including decorative, reflective, glitter, or-and heater to cause inner items moved, or (2) stationary organizer, or (3) moving, shaking, vibration, rotating, spin product, or (4) Physic-products, or (5) compartment assembly to put items within, or (6) music or smell device, or (7) magnetic reaction products. The desktop USB charger device has USB charger-unit not only supplied power to other external product but also has additional (a) USB can delivery digital-signal or digital-data to other computer or communication related products including external consumer electric device, or communication device, printer, scanner, hard-disc, storage device, camera, video camera. The USB charger device may further include additional devices such as an AC outlets(s), sensor, motion sensor, remote control, timer, LEDs, power fail circuitry, audio, video, or smell devices, or other electric or electronic devices to provide one or more additional functions in addition to the charging function to let people has safety and convenience to operate all computer and communication products for charging and digital-data operation only at Desktop with addition decorative or-and functional unit for multiple functions. First claim

The invention claimed is:

1 . A USB charger device has decorative or-and functional unit comprising:
an input-wire to connect with AC power source between 108V and 250V AC from outside transformer or from built-in AC-to-DC circuit to get DC current to make said built-in USB-port(s) or-and other functional unit(s) operate desired functions. The said device has USB-charge unit including a at least one of non-concealable or rotatable or replaceable USB-ports for receiving or connecting with at least one of variety type male-plug of a USB-wire to deliver the charging-current or-and digital-data to an external other products, and The said USB charger outputting a DC current at least 1 Amp and 4.5 to 5.8 Volt DC; and at least one or desired combination of decorative or-and functional unit built-in or added-on the said USB charger device, and the said decorative or-and functional unit is one of; (1) compartment assembly which has geometric-shape and at least one or more than one compartment has a medium selected from the group consisting of a liquid, oil, chemical compounds, water, salt water, wax, gel, liquid-to-solid material, and solid-to-liquid material incorporate with desired motor, or-and rotating, or-and heat-element, or-and filled items selected from miniature item, floating items, reflectors, Lava, glitter. Wherein at least one miniature items is situated in said medium selected from the group consisting of a shell, leaves, dry flowers, potpourri, plastic piece, floating stuff, fish, animal, smiling face, metal piece, paper piece, wood piece, boat, snow flake, tree, and any material with a predetermined shape and colors, said material with a predetermined shape and colors having a design, indicia, drawing, color, painting, or coating; or-and (2) stationary organizer which has one or more compartments and each has one or more layers, dividers, space(es) for people to put items within including pen, staple, nail, clipper, pen, pencil, or-and other people used item; or-and (3) a music or-and smell related items to play music by IC, or-and blue-tooth device, or-and twist-spring, or-and spring-metals, or-and twist kits; to play mechanical or electric digital-data music, melody, song; or-and (4) a physics-device which has a magnetic or magnetic-force or magnetic-reaction force related items, or has inertial principle physical device; or-and (5) a moving, shaking, vibration, rotating, spin device has move objects within the medium or track or trace including fluid, liquid, air, track-unit(s), rotating items, spin-items; or-and (6) a magnetic or magnetic-force or magnetic-reaction force related items, and The said decorative or-and functional unit is built-in or added-on the said USB charger device that not only can deliver electric-power or-and deliver digital-data to other products but also can enhances a value or-and appearance or-and adding practically functions.

A USB charger device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising at least one at least one additional function-unit or parts or assembly or system build-in the said device selected from the group including (1) a hub(s) assembly to deliver digital-data or signal, (2) an AC outlet assembly, (3) a sensor or sensor assembly, (4) a time or weather or calendar related assembly, (5) a remote control system, (6) an infrared system, (7) and LED light assembly or arrangement, (8) an integrated circuit (IC), (9) a control system, (10) a power fail system, (11) a color changing system, (12) status-indicating device, (13) a smell related item, (14) a motion or moving or motor or rotating related parts, (15) an audio related system, (16) an music box, (17) a video related system, (18) a cable TV related device, (19) an Internet related system, (20) a wireless related device; to provide at least one more function to device.

A USB charger device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising at least one parts or kits or circuitry selected from a (a) motor, movement, rotating kits (b) IC chips has pre-programed functions, (c) sensor, (d) magnetic reaction piece or set, (e) sound receiver system, (f) fragrance or-and air freshener or smell sprayer; (g) a switch to enable selection of the multiple functions or multiple sensor(s) or multiple light brightness, multiple light colors.

4 . A USB charger device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the USB charger device has a geometric shape of compartment(s) or level(s) or size(s) with a space or-and magnetic kits to store at least one item therein, or-and to install by magnetic kits.

5 . A USB charger device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said at least one item includes at least one of a stapler-pin, metal paper clip, keys, nails, pins, pens, pencils, and hair clip or any item people normally use.

6 . A USB charger device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the USB charger device has sufficient weight to install on desktop (i) by magnetic kits, or-and (ii) by 3M tape or-and (iii) Velcro tape, or-and (iv) by glue, or-and (v) by hook-holes and nails, screw, or-and (vi) by fasten kits.

7 . A USB charger device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the USB charger device has USB-ports and at least one AC outlet, and wherein the USB charger device further includes outlet safety or-and convenience parts and accessories selected from circuitry which can get following function(s) including
(i) a overheat protection, (ii) a surge protection system, (iii) a remote control, (iv) a master power controller, (v) a sensor, (vi) a current leakage warning, (vii) an auto shut off device, (viii) Wire-arrangement.

8 . A USB charger device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the USB charger device has USB-ports, at least one AC outlet, and at least one LED-unit, and wherein the input wire has gauge sufficient to meet safety requirements for a device having AC outlets.

A USB charger device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the charger device includes at least one LED and circuit or-and switch for providing the LED with desired functions selected from the group consisting of steady on-and-off, pair flashing, scanning, color mixing, color changing, all flashing, hi-low or more level of brightness, sensor selection function, photo-sensor or motion-sensor selection switch, hi-low or photo-sensor select switch, motion or non-motion selection switch, or-and any combination selected from desired light-effects, switch, sensor selection, turn-on and turn-off timing selections.

10 . A USB charger device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the USB-ports has is one of (1) only deliver current, or-and (2) only deliver digital data, or-and (3) USB-port has both current and digital-data delivery.

11 . A USB charger device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the USB charger device includes number of USB-port(s) for delivery digital signal or data connect with as many as possible external computer or communication related products at the same time from same USB-charger device.

12 . A USB charger device as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the external computer or communication related device including printer, portable USB, camera, video, scanner or other machine or equipment for home or office work needed.
