What is claimed: 1 . A molded dehydrated placental tissue composition having a defined size and shape comprising at least one of micronized amnion, chorion, intermediate tissue layer, and any combination thereof, wherein said composition has a sufficient density and cohesiveness to maintain its size and shape for a defined period of time ex vivo and in vivo. 2 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the water content of the composition is less than about 20%, less than about 15%, less than about 10%, or less than about 5%. 3 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the micronized amnion, chorion, intermediate tissue layer, and any combination thereof has a particle size of less than about 400 μm, less than about 350 μm, less than about 300 μm, less than 4 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the amnion, amnion, chorion, intermediate tissue layer, or any combination thereof are cross-linked. 5 . A method for enhancing wound healing, the method comprising applying the composition of claim 1 at or near the site of the wound. 6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the placental tissue graft is administered sub-cutaneously, sub-dermally, intramuscularly, or at the periosteal interface. 7 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising the composition of claim 1 and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
