1 . A dust core comprising a metal magnetic material and a resin, wherein fine particles exist on a surface of the dust core. 2 . The dust core according to claim 1 , wherein the fine particles on the surface of the dust core have an average particle size of 1.0 to 200 nm. 3 . The dust core according to claim 2 , wherein particle sizes of the fine particles on the surface of the dust core have a standard deviation σ of 30 nm or less. 4 . The dust core according to claim 1 , wherein the fine particles comprise a Si—O based compound. 5 . The dust core according to claim 2 , wherein the fine particles comprise a Si—O based compound. 6 . The dust core according to claim 3 , wherein the fine particles comprise a Si—O based compound. 7 .
