1 . A cooling system of a fuel-cell vehicle, comprising: a cooling circuit including: a fuel cell; a coolant pump that conveys a coolant; a radiator; a coolant line that transports the coolant; and an electric heater for warming the coolant, wherein the electric heater is configured as a heating line that extends along at least a portion of the coolant line. 2 . The cooling system according to claim 1 , wherein the heating line is integrated into at least the portion of the coolant line. 3 . The cooling system according to claim 1 , wherein the heating line is arranged in an interior of the portion of the coolant line. 4 . The cooling system according to claim 1 , wherein the heating line is in contact with an interior section of the portion of the coolant line, such that the heating line at least partially lines the portion of the coolant line. 5 . The cooling system according to claim 1 , wherein the heating line is incorporated into a wall of the portion of the coolant line. 6 . The cooling system according to claim 1 , wherein the heating line is arranged on an outer side of a wall of the portion of the coolant line. 7 . The cooling system according to claim 6 , wherein the heating line at least partially encloses the portion of the coolant line over an entire circumference of the wall of the portion of the coolant line. 8 . The cooling system according to claim 1 , comprising: a power control that controls and/or regulates heating capacity of the heating line. 9 . The cooling system according to claim 1 , wherein the heating line is arranged upstream of the fuel cell. 10 . A fuel-cell system comprising a cooling system, the cooling system including: a fuel cell; a coolant pump that conveys a coolant; a radiator; a coolant line that transports the coolant; and an electric heater for warming the coolant, wherein the electric heater is configured as a heating line that extends along at least a portion of the coolant line. 11 . The fuel-cell system according to claim 10 , wherein the heating line is integrated into at least the portion of the coolant line.
