A user equipment (UE) is described. The UE may include a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) receiver that is configured to detect multiple PDCCHs in a subframe i−K, the multiple PDCCHs including a first PDCCH. The UE may also include a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmitter that is configured to transmit multiple PUSCHs, the multiple PUSCHs being transmitted in a license-assisted access (LAA) cell, the multiple PUSCHs including a PUSCH which is scheduled by the first PDCCH, the PUSCH being transmitted in a subframe i. A transmit power of the PUSCH may be derived using a value indicated by a transmit power control (TPC) command field which is included in the first PDCCH.

What is claimed is: 1 . A user equipment (UE) comprising: a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) receiver configured to detect multiple PDCCHs in a subframe i−K, the multiple PDCCHs including a first PDCCH; and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmitter configured to transmit multiple PUSCHs, the multiple PUSCHs being transmitted in a license-assisted access (LAA) cell, the multiple PUSCHs including a PUSCH which is scheduled by the first PDCCH, the PUSCH being transmitted in a subframe i; wherein transmit power of the PUSCH is derived using a value indicated by a transmit power control (TPC) command field which is included in the first PDCCH. 2 . The UE of claim 1 wherein in a case that a TPC command accumulation is not enabled, K is equal to k+1+i′, k is a value determined by a scheduling delay field in the first PDCCH, 1 is 4, and i′ is a value determined from at least a HARQ process ID in the subframe i. 3 . An evolved node B (eNB) comprising: a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) transmitter configured to transmit multiple PDCCHs in a subframe i−K, the multiple PDCCHs including a first PDCCH; and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) receiver configured to receive multiple PUSCHs, the multiple PUSCHs being transmitted in a license-assisted access (LAA) cell, the multiple PUSCHs including a PUSCH which is scheduled by the first PDCCH, the PUSCH being transmitted in a subframe i; wherein transmit power of the PUSCH is derived using a value indicated by a transmit power control (TPC) command field which is included in the first PDCCH. 4 . The eNB of claim 3 wherein in a case that a TPC command accumulation is not enabled, K is equal to k+1+i′, k is a value determined by a scheduling delay field in the first PDCCH, 1 is 4, and i′ is a value determined from at least a HARQ process ID in the subframe i. 5 . A method for a user equipment (UE) comprising: detecting multiple physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) in a subframe i−K, the multiple PDCCHs including a first PDCCH; and transmitting multiple physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs), the multiple PUSCHs being transmitted in a license-assisted access (LAA) cell, the multiple PUSCHs including a PUSCH which is scheduled by the first PDCCH, the PUSCH being transmitted in a subframe i; wherein transmit power of the PUSCH is derived using a value indicated by a transmit power control (TPC) command field which is included in the first PDCCH. 6 . A method for an evolved node B (eNB) comprising: transmitting multiple physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) in a subframe i−K, the multiple PDCCHs including a first PDCCH; and receiving multiple physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs), the multiple PUSCHs being transmitted in a license-assisted access (LAA) cell, the multiple PUSCHs including a PUSCH which is scheduled by the first PDCCH, the PUSCH being transmitted in a subframe i; wherein transmit power of the PUSCH is derived using a value indicated by a transmit power control (TPC) command field which is included in the first PDCCH.
