A lens moving apparatus includes a housing, a driving magnet, a bobbin with a coil disposed thereon, a first elastic member disposed on the bobbin and the housing and a damper coupled to the first elastic member and the housing. The first elastic member includes an inner frame coupled to the bobbin, an outer frame coupled to the housing, a connector connecting the inner frame and the outer frame, and a damping protrusion protruding from the connector. Further, the housing includes a damping receiving recess coupled to the damping protrusion by the damper.

What is claimed is: 1 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a housing; a driving magnet disposed on the housing; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a first elastic member disposed on the bobbin and the housing; and a damper coupled to the first elastic member and the housing, wherein the first elastic member comprises an inner frame coupled to the bobbin, an outer frame coupled to the housing, a connector connecting the inner frame and the outer frame and a damping protrusion protruding from the connector, and wherein the housing comprises a damping receiving recess coupled to the damping protrusion by the damper. 2 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damper is disposed between the damping protrusion and the damping receiving recess, and wherein the damping protrusion horizontally protrudes from the connector. 3 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damping receiving recess is recessed from one surface of the housing so as to receive a part of at least any one of the damping protrusion and the damper. 4 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damper is disposed between the first elastic member and the housing to allow the bobbin to be movable in a direction along an optical axis relative to the housing within a prescribed range. 5 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damper is disposed in a gel state, wherein the first elastic member is coupled to an upper surface of the bobbin and the housing, wherein the connector of the first elastic member comprises a curved portion, wherein the damping receiving recess comprises an open part formed toward an inner side of the housing, and wherein a part of the damping protrusion is disposed on the open part of the damping receiving recess. 6 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damper comprises four dampers, and wherein two of the four dampers are disposed at positions symmetrical to each other with respect to an optical axis, and the other two of the four dampers are disposed at positions symmetrical to each other with respect to the optical axis. 7 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein at least a part of the damping protrusion is overlapped with the damping receiving recess in a direction along an optical axis, wherein facing surfaces of the damping receiving recess and the damping protrusion are spaced apart from each other by a prescribed distance, and wherein at least a part of the damper is disposed in a receiving space between the facing surfaces of the damping receiving recess and the damping protrusion. 8 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the damping protrusion is overlapped with the open part of the damping receiving recess in a direction along an optical axis. 9 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a second elastic member disposed on a lower surface of the bobbin and the housing, wherein the damping receiving recess is disposed under the damping protrusion. 10 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a displacement sensing unit to determine a displacement value of the bobbin in the first direction, wherein the displacement sensing unit comprises: a position sensor disposed on the housing; and a sensing magnet disposed on the bobbin at a position corresponding to the position sensor. 11 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the position sensor comprises a hall sensor. 12 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damping protrusion comprises at least one hole. 13 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the hole passes through the damping protrusion in a direction along an optical axis, and wherein at least a part of the damper is disposed between the hole of the damping protrusion and the housing. 14 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the hole comprises a plurality of holes and the plurality of holes are configured to increase an exposure area of the damper. 15 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein at least a part of the damper is disposed on the hole of the damping protrusion. 16 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a housing comprising a damping receiving recess; a driving magnet disposed on the housing; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a first elastic member disposed on the bobbin and the housing; and a damper disposed between the first elastic member and the housing. 17 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 16 , wherein the first elastic member comprises an inner frame coupled to the bobbin, an outer frame coupled to the housing, a connector connecting the inner frame and the outer frame and a damping protrusion extending from the connector of the first elastic member, and wherein at least a part of the damper is disposed between the damping receiving recess and the damping protrusion. 18 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 16 , wherein the damper is attached to both the damping receiving recess and the damping protrusion, wherein the damping protrusion horizontally protrudes from the connector, wherein the first elastic member is disposed on an upper surface of the bobbin and the housing, and wherein the damping receiving recess is recessed from one surface of the housing so as to receive a part of at least any one of the damping protrusion and the damper. 19 . A camera module comprising: a housing; a driving magnet disposed on the housing; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a lens coupled to the bobbin; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a first elastic member disposed on the bobbin and the housing; a damper coupled to the first elastic member and the housing; an image sensor disposed under the lens; and a printed circuit board to which the image sensor is coupled, wherein the first elastic member comprises an inner frame coupled to the bobbin, an outer frame coupled to the housing, a connector connecting the inner frame and the outer frame and a damping protrusion protruding from the connector, and wherein the housing comprises a damping receiving recess coupled to the damping protrusion by the damper. 20 . A phone comprising: the camera module according to claim 19 ; and a controller, wherein the controller adjusts an amount of current applied to the coil of the bobbin based on a current position of the bobbin or the displacement value calculated or judged by the displacement sensing unit.
