What is claimed is: 1 . An organic light emitting diode display device, comprising: a substrate having an emitting area and a non-emitting area; an insulating layer on the substrate, the insulating layer including a plurality of convex portions and at least one wall in the emitting area, a height of the at least one wall is greater than a height of the plurality of convex portions; a first electrode on the substrate; an emitting layer on the first electrode; and a second electrode on the emitting layer, the first electrode, the emitting layer and the second electrode constituting a light emitting diode. 2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the insulating layer includes a plurality of connecting portions that respectively connect adjacent convex portions to one another. 3 . The device of claim 1 , wherein at least three of the plurality of convex portions are disposed between two walls in the emitting area. 4 . The device of claim 3 , wherein a number of the plurality of convex portions disposed between the two walls is within a range from three to six. 5 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one wall is separated from an adjacent wall. 6 . The device of claim 5 , wherein the first electrode is disposed in the emitting area to expose a portion of a surface of the at least one wall. 7 . The device of claim 6 , wherein the first electrode, the emitting layer and the second electrode are disposed to expose an upper portion and a side portion of the at least one wall. 8 . The device of claim 6 , wherein the first electrode is disposed to expose a side portion of the at least one wall, and the emitting layer and the second electrode are disposed on the first electrode and the at least one wall. 9 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one wall has a shape of one of connected polygons and connected circles in the emitting area. 10 . The device of claim 9 , wherein the first electrode is disposed on the plurality of convex portions and the at least one wall in the emitting area, the device further including a light shielding pattern disposed on the first electrode on the at least one wall. 11 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising a bank layer between the first electrode and the emitting layer in the non-emitting area, wherein the bank layer extends from a surface of the substrate to a height that is greater than a height of the at least one wall from the surface of the substrate. 12 . The device of claim 1 , wherein a width of the at least one wall is less than a width of at least one of the plurality of convex portions. 13 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising a resin layer on the at least one wall and the second electrode, wherein a refractive index of the at least one wall is less than each of refractive indexes of the emitting layer, the second electrode and the resin layer. 14 . An organic light emitting diode display device, comprising: a substrate having an emitting area and a non-emitting area; an insulating layer on the substrate, the insulating layer including a wall in the emitting area; a first electrode on the substrate; a bank layer on the first electrode in the non-emitting area; an emitting layer on the first electrode; and a second electrode on the emitting layer, the first electrode, the emitting layer and the second electrode constituting a light emitting diode, wherein a height of the wall is less than a sum of heights of the insulating layer, the first electrode and the bank layer in the non-emitting area. 15 . The device of claim 14 , wherein the first electrode is disposed in the emitting area to expose an upper portion of the wall.
