The invention provides: a positive electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery, the positive electrode including a positive electrode active material layer, the positive electrode active material layer including insulating polyolefin particles and an electroconductive material; an electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery, the electrode including an electrode active material layer, the electrode active material layer including polyolefin particles and a resin including a structural unit derived from a nitrile group-containing monomer; and a lithium ion secondary battery using the same.

A positive electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery, the positive electrode comprising a positive electrode active material layer, the positive electrode active material layer including insulating polyolefin particles and an electroconductive material. 2 . The positive electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the insulating polyolefin particles is from 0.1% by mass to 10% by mass with respect to a total amount of the positive electrode active material layer. 3 . The positive electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein a mass ratio of the insulating polyolefin particles to the electroconductive material (insulating polyolefin particles/conductive material) in the positive electrode active material layer is from 0.15/0.85 to 0.85/0.15. 4 . The positive electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the insulating polyolefin particles have an average particle diameter of from 0.1 μm to 30 μm. 5 . An electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery, the electrode comprising an electrode active material layer, the electrode active material layer comprising polyolefin particles and a resin including a structural unit derived from a nitrile group-containing monomer. 6 . The electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery according to claim 5 , wherein the polyolefin particles have an average particle diameter of from 0.1 μm to 30 μm. 7 . The electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery according to claim 5 , wherein a content of the polyolefin particles is from 0.1% by mass to 10% by mass with respect to a total amount of the electrode active material layer. 8 . A lithium ion secondary battery comprising the electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery according to claim 5 . 9 . A lithium ion secondary battery comprising the positive electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery according to claim 1 .
