1 . A wireless communication device comprising: controlling circuitry configured to change a value of a first parameter in accordance with a history of uplink multi-user transmission or whether capability of uplink multi-user transmission is in an enabled or disabled state, the first parameter defining an upper limit of duration during which a wireless medium is allowed to be occupied; and a transmitter configured to transmit a first frame. 2 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 wherein the first frame includes information depending on the value of the first parameter. 3 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a receiver configured to receive a second frame instructing the uplink multi-user transmission; and wherein the transmitter is configured to transmit a third frame in response to the second frame, wherein the controller is configured to lower the value of the first parameter in response to transmission of the third frame being successful. 4 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a receiver configured to receive a second frame instructing the uplink multi-user transmission; and wherein the transmitter is configured to transmit a third frame in response to the second frame, wherein the controller is changed to change the value of the first parameter on a basis of a number of times of reception of the second frame and a number of times of successful transmission of the third frame. 5 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to change the value of the first parameter further using a history of single-user transmission. 6 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a receiver configured to receive a second frame instructing the uplink multi-user transmission; and wherein the transmitter is configured to transmit a third frame in response to the second frame, wherein the transmitter is configured to transmit a fourth frame on a basis of an access right acquired by carrier sensing on the wireless medium, and change the value of the first parameter on the basis of a number of times of successful transmission of the third frame and a number of times of successful transmission of the fourth frame. 7 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to lower the value of the first parameter by multiplying the value of the first parameter by a first coefficient. 8 . The wireless communication device according to claim 3 , wherein the controller is configured to lower the value of the first parameter by subtracting a value depending on a length of the third frame from the value of the first parameter. 9 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , wherein the value of the first parameter is changed depending on an elapsed time from a predefined time point after the uplink multi-user transmission. 10 . The wireless communication device according to claim 9 , wherein the value of the first parameter is changed to a predetermined value in response to lapse of a predetermined duration from the predefined time point. 11 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to change the value of the first parameter to a predetermined value in response to a predetermined fifth frame being received by the receiver. 12 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to change a value of a second parameter in accordance with the history of the uplink multi-user transmission, the second parameter being associated with a length of duration during which carrier sensing on the wireless medium is performed, and configured to perform the carrier sensing during duration determined by the second parameter. 13 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a receiver configured to receive a seventh frame instructing uplink multi-user transmission; and wherein the transmitter is configured to transmit an eighth frame in response to the seventh frame, wherein the controller is configured to perform first carrier sensing on a wireless medium during a first duration to acquire an access right on the wireless medium for transmission of the eighth frame or ninth frame, and stop the first carrier sensing in response to the seventh frame being received during the first carrier sensing and perform second carrier sensing to acquire an access right for transmission of the ninth frame after the eighth frame is transmitted, and a length of duration during which the second carrier sensing is performed has a value obtained by subtracting a length of duration during which the first carrier sensing is performed after start of the first duration and prior to reception of the seventh frame from the length of the first duration. 14 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , wherein the history of the uplink multi-user transmission includes at least one of: whether the uplink multi-user transmission has ever executed, a number of times of execution of the uplink multi-user transmission, an execution result of the uplink multi-user transmission indicating whether the uplink multi-user transmission is successful, and an elapsed time from the uplink multi-user transmission. 15 . The wireless communication device according to claim 1 , further comprising at least one antenna. 16 . A wireless communication device comprising: a transmitter configured to transmit a first frame instructing uplink multi-user transmission; a receiver configured to receive a plurality of second frames transmitted by the uplink multi-user transmission; and controlling circuitry configured to determine a value of a first parameter defining an upper limit of duration during which the wireless medium is allowed to be occupied, for at least one transmission source of the second frames, the value of the first parameter being determined in accordance with a history of the uplink multi-user transmission by the at least one transmission source or a state of whether capability of uplink multi-user transmission of the at least one transmission source is enabled or disabled, and wherein the transmitter is configured to transmit a third frame including information depending on the value of the first parameter. 17 . The wireless communication device according to claim 16 further comprising at least one antenna. 18 . A wireless communication device comprising: a receiver configured to receive a first frame instructing uplink multi-user transmission; and a transmitter configured to transmit a second frame in response to the first frame; and controlling circuitry configured to perform a first carrier sensing on a wireless medium for a first duration to acquire an access right for transmission of the second frame or a third frame, stop the first carrier sensing in response to the first frame being received while the first carrier sensing is performed, and perform a second carrier sensing to acquire an access right for transmission of the third frame after the second frame is transmitted, wherein a length of duration during which the second carrier sensing is performed has a value obtained by subtracting a length of duration during which the first carrier sensing is performed after start of the first duration and prior to reception of the first frame from a length of the first duration. 19 .
