A mortar composition, in particular for preparing a viscoelastic body or structure, or for for acoustic damping of at least one of a ship, an offshore installation and a building, includes: 1-20 wt % of a hydraulic binder, 30-80 wt % of aggregates, 5-75 wt % of a polymer, and 0.5-40 wt % of a porous filler.

1 . A mortar composition comprising: 1-20 wt % of a hydraulic binder, 30-80 wt % of aggregates, 5-75 wt % of a polymer, and 0.5-40 wt % of a porous filler. 2 . The mortar composition according to claim 1 , wherein the polymer is a water soluble or a water redispersible polymer. 3 . The mortar composition according to claim 1 , wherein the polymer is a homopolymer or copolymer based on one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of vinyl acetate, vinyl alcohol, acrylic acid, acrylate, methacrylic acid, methacrylate and ethylene. 4 . The mortar composition according to claim 1 , wherein e porous filler comprises volcanic rock. 5 . The mortar composition according to claim 1 , wherein the hydraulic binder comprises alumina cement. 6 . The mortar composition according to claim 1 , wherein the aggregates is at least one selected from the group consisting of sand, quartz, and rubber. 7 . The mortar composition according to claim 1 , comprising: 3-20 wt %, of the hydraulic binder, whereby the hydraulic hinder comprises alumina cement, 40-70 wt %, of the aggregates, wherein the aggregates are at least one selected from the group consisting of sand and quartz, 15-40 wt %, of the polymer, whereby the polymer is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyacrylate, polyvinyl acetate), poly(vinyl alcohol), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and mixtures thereof, 25 wt %, of the porous filler, wherein the porous filler is at least one selected from the group consisting of volcanic rock. 8 . A shaped body comprising the mortar composition according to claim 1 after hardening with water. 9 . The shaped body according to claim 8 , whereby the shaped body is a flat layer. 10 . The shaped body according to claim 8 , wherein a loss factor tan δ according to standard ISO 6721 at 0° C. and 300 Hz is at least 0.05. 11 . A structure comprising the shaped body according to claim 8 and a support element and/or cover element being attached to the shaped body. 12 . The structure according to claim 11 , whereby the shaped body is arranged between the support element and the cover element, whereby the support element is a metal layer, and the cover element is formed as flat layer. 13 . A method for the production of the structure according to claim 11 , whereby the mortar composition according to claim 1 is mixed with water, applied on a support structure and covered with a covering layer. 14 . The mortar composition according to claim 1 , wherein the mortar composition is configured for acoustic damping of at least one of a ship, an offshore installation and a building. 15 . The mortar composition according to claim 14 , whereby the acoustic properties or damping of the mortar composition are controlled by the polymer. 16 . The shaped body according to claim 8 , wherein the mortar composition is configured for acoustic damping of at least one of a ship, an offshore installation and a building. 17 . The shaped body according to claim 16 , whereby the acoustic properties or damping of the mortar composition and/or the shaped body are controlled by the polymer. 18 . The mortar composition according to claim 1 , wherein the porous material is at least one selected from the group consisting of pumice and perlite. 19 . The mortar composition according to claim 1 , wherein the amount of polymer is 15-40 wt %. 20 . The mortar composition according to claim 1 , wherein the amount of polymer is 25-35 wt %. 21 . The mortar composition according claim 1 , wherein the porous filler has a porosity of at least 25 vol % with respect to the total volume of the porous filler. 22 . The mortar composition according claim 1 , wherein the porous filler has a porosity of at least 50 vol % with respect to the total volume of the porous filler. 23 . The mortar composition according claim 1 , wherein the porous filler has a porosity of at least 75 vol % with respect to the total volume of the porous filler. 24 . The mortar composition according claim 1 , wherein the grain size of the porous filler is 4 mm or less. 25 . The mortar composition according claim 1 , wherein the grain size of the porous filler is 2 mm or less. 26 . The mortar composition according claim 1 , wherein the grain size of the porous filler is 1 mm or less.
