A method is disclosed for producing a communications link between a motor vehicle and a mobile user terminal. The mobile user terminal and/or the motor vehicle send a request to establish a communications link between the motor vehicle and the mobile user terminal. A check is carried out as to whether the mobile user terminal is configured to output a transfer indication sent from the motor vehicle to the mobile user terminal. A communications link is established between motor vehicle and mobile user terminal if the check is successful. A communications link is not established between motor vehicle and mobile user terminal if the check is unsuccessful.

1 - 15 . (canceled) 16 . A method for producing a communications link between a motor vehicle and a mobile user terminal comprising: sending a request to establish a communications link between the motor vehicle and the mobile user terminal; checking whether the mobile user terminal is configured to output a transfer indication sent from the motor vehicle to the mobile user terminal; enabling the communications link between motor vehicle and mobile user terminal when the check is successful; and disabling the communications link between motor vehicle and mobile user terminal when the check is unsuccessful. 17 . The method according to claim 16 , further comprising: generating and sending the transfer indication to the mobile user terminal by the communications link when the check is successful; and outputting the transfer indication on the mobile user terminal in a manner perceptible to the driver. 18 . The method according to claim 17 , wherein the transfer indication is output in at least one of a visual manner, an audible manner or haptic manner. 19 . The method according to claim 17 , further comprising loading a computer program product in a non-transitory medium and executing the computer program product on a processor in the mobile user terminal, wherein the computer program product is configured to process and output the transfer indication on the mobile user terminal. 20 . The method according to claim 19 , further comprising establishing a resource priority in the processor of the mobile user terminal for the computer program product. 21 . The method according to claim 16 , further comprising outputting the transfer indication via a communications system of the motor vehicle. 22 . The method according to claim 16 , wirelessly sending the transfer indication over a wireless communications link. 23 . The method according to claim 16 , outputting the transfer indication on a plurality of mobile user terminals simultaneously. 24 . The method according to claim 16 , wherein the motor vehicle is operable in an automated driving mode, wherein the automated driving mode is disabled when the check is not completed successfully. 25 . A computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable medium having commands embedded thereon, which, when they are executed on a processor is configured to execute a method according to claim 16 . 26 . A mobile user terminal comprising a processor and a non-transitory computer readable medium having programming commands, which when executed on a processor are configured to: establish a communications link between a motor vehicle operable in an autonomous driving mode and the mobile user terminal; receive a transfer indication; and output the transfer indication on the mobile user terminal when the autonomous driving mode is being disabled. 27 . The mobile user terminal according to claim 26 , wherein the mobile user terminal is selected from the group consisting of a mobile telephone, a tablet, an electronic book-reading device, a smart watch and a music-playing device. 28 . A system comprising a mobile user terminal according to claim 26 , a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable medium having programming commands, which when executed on the processor are configured to establish the communications link with the mobile user terminal and send a transfer indication. 29 . A motor vehicle comprising a system according to claim 28 . 30 . The motor vehicle according to claim 29 , comprising a device for automated driving and a transceiver configured to establish the communications link with the mobile user terminal.
