Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

Stator, motor and method of forming a stator are provided. The stator includes a stator core, a winding wound around the stator core, a connecting member, first and second connecting terminals for supplying power to the winding from an external power source, and an electronic circuit. The connecting member and the first connecting terminal are respectively electrically connected with the electronic circuit. The connecting member and the second connecting terminal are respectively electrically connected with both ends of the winding respectively.

1 . A stator comprising a stator core, a winding wound around the stator core, a connecting member, first and second connecting terminals for supplying power to the winding from an external power source, and an electronic circuit, the connecting member and the first connecting terminal being respectively electrically connected with the electronic circuit, and the connecting member and the second connecting terminal being respectively electrically connected with both ends of the winding respectively. 2 . The stator of claim 1 , wherein the electronic circuit includes a circuit board, and the connecting member is separately formed and soldered on the circuit board. 3 . The stator of claim 1 , further comprising a winding bracket disposed between the stator core and the winding, the connecting member, the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal being all mounted on the winding bracket. 4 . The stator of claim 1 , wherein the electronic circuit includes a circuit substrate and at least one electronic component, the first connecting terminal including a body, a connecting end for connecting to the power source, a connecting portion electrically connected with the circuit substrate, the body, the connecting end and the connecting portion of the first connecting terminal being integrally formed as a monolithic member. 5 . The stator of claim 4 , wherein the second connecting terminal includes a body, a connecting end for connecting to the power source and a wire-connecting portion electrically connected with the winding, the body, the connecting end and the wire-connecting portion of the second connecting terminal being all integrally formed as a monolithic member. 6 . The stator of claim 1 , wherein the electronic circuit comprises a magnetic sensor. 7 . The stator of claim 1 , wherein the electronic circuit has only one electronic component which includes a magnetic sensor. 8 . The stator of claim 1 , wherein the stator core comprises two opposed stator poles and a U-shaped yoke connecting the two stator poles. 9 . The stator of claim 1 , wherein the winding is a single phase winding. 10 . The stator of claim 1 , wherein the electronic circuit and the winding are in series connected between the first and second connecting terminals and the winding is indirectly electrically connected with the electronic circuit. 11 . A motor including a rotor and a stator, the stator comprising a stator core, a winding wound around the stator core, a connecting member, first and second connecting terminals for supplying power to the winding from an external power source, and an electronic circuit, the connecting member and the first connecting terminal being respectively electrically connected with the electronic circuit, and the connecting member and the second connecting terminal being respectively electrically connected with both ends of the winding respectively. 12 . The motor of claim 11 , further comprises a protective cover, and the protective cover, the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal cooperatively form a power socket. 13 . The motor of claim 12 , wherein the electronic circuit includes a circuit board having two inserting openings into which the connecting member and the first connecting terminal are respectively inserted. 14 . A stator of a single phase motor, comprising a stator core, a single phase winding wound around the stator core, a connecting member, two connecting terminals for supplying power to the single phase winding from an external power source, and an electronic circuit, one wire end of the single phase winding being electrically connected with the electronic circuit via the connecting member, the other wire end of the single phase winding being electrically connected with one of the two connecting terminals, the other one of the two connecting terminals being electrically connected with the electronic circuit, wherein there is only indirect electrical connection between the single phase winding and the electronic circuit. 15 . A method of forming a stator, comprising: providing a winding bracket with a winding wound thereon and a connecting member and two connecting terminals for connecting to an external power source mounted; electrically connecting both ends of the winding with the connecting terminal and one of the two connecting terminals respectively; and assembling the winding bracket on a stator core. 16 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising: mounting an electronic circuit to the winding bracket; and electrically connecting the electronic circuit with the connecting member and the other one of the two connecting terminals. 17 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising: supporting and electrically connecting a circuit board with the connecting terminal and the other one of the connecting terminals on the winding bracket.
