1 . (canceled) 2 . A manufacturing device for a battery, comprising: an electrolyte supply unit which introduces ail electrolyte into a cell; a chamber which accommodates the battery cell; a first pressure adjustment unit configured to make a pressure in the battery cell lower than a pressure on the side of the electrolyte supply unit; and a second pressure adjustment unit configured to reduce a pressure outside the battery cell in the chamber to be lower than the pressure in the battery cell when the battery cell is disposed in the chamber, thereby increasing the capacity of the battery cell. 3 . The manufacturing device for a. battery of claim 2 , wherein the battery cell forms therein an accommodating, section in which a coil is disposed and comprises an electrolyte injection hole communicating with the accommodation section, the chamber comprises an opening corresponding to the electrolyte injection hole, the electrolyte supply unit comprises an electrolyte injection nozzle opening into the battery cell through the electrolyte injection hole, the first pressure adjustment unit s a first decompression unit connected to the inside of the battery cell, and the second pressure adjustment unit is a second decompression unit connected to the inside of the chamber. 4 . The manufacturing device for a battery of claim 3 , wherein a region around the electrolyte injection hole and the opening is hermetically sealable, and the first decompression unit is connected to the electrolyte injection nozzle, which opens into the battery cell, through the opening and the electrolyte injection hole. 5 . A manufacturing device for a battery, comprising: an electrolyte supply unit which introduces an electrolyte into a cell; a chamber which accommodates the battery cell; a first pressure adjustment unit configured to make a pressure in the battery cell lower than a pressure on the side of, the electrolyte supply unit; a second pressure adjustment unit configured to reduce a pressure outside the battery cell in the chamber to be lower than the pressure in the battery cell when the battery cell is disposed in the chamber, thereby increasing the capacity of the battery cell; and a pressure device configured to impregnate the battery cell with the electrolyte by applying a pressure to the battery cell when the battery cell is put into the pressure device. 6 . The manufacturing device for a battery of claim 5 , wherein the battery cell forms therein an accommodating section in which a coil is disposed and comprises an electrolyte injection hole communicating with the accommodation section, the chamber comprises an opening corresponding to the electrolyte injection hole, the electrolyte supply unit comprises an electrolyte injection nozzle opening into the battery cell through the electrolyte injection hole, the first pressure adjustment unit s a first decompression unit connected to the inside of the battery cell, and the second pressure adjustment unit is a second decompression unit connected to the inside of the chamber. 7 . The manufacturing device for a battery of claim 6 , wherein a region around the electrolyte injection hole and the opening is hermetically sealable, and the first decompression unit is connected to the electrolyte injection nozzle, which opens into the battery cell, through the opening and the electrolyte injection hole. 8 . The manufacturing device for a battery of claim 2 , wherein the electrolyte supply unit is configured such that electrolyte remains when the certain amount of electrolyte is introduced into the battery cell. 9 . The manufacturing, device for a battery of claim 5 , wherein the electrolyte supply unit is configured such that electrolyte remains when the certain amount of electrolyte is introduced into the battery cell. 10 . The manufacturing device for a battery of claim 2 , wherein the first, pressure adjustment unit is further configured to inject a certain amount of electrolyte into the battery cell, and the second pressure adjustment unit is further configured to accommodate a predetermined amount of the electrolyte exceeding the certain amount, and to inject a rest of the electrolyte into the battery cell.
