1 - 26 . (canceled) 27 . A method of dispersing an oil comprising: mixing the oil with a microemulsion concentrate, thus forming a microemulsion; and dispersing the microemulsion in a solvent wherein the microemulsion concentrate comprises lecithin; a co-surfactant; and a salt of an acidifier, an ester of an acidifier, or combinations thereof. 28 . The method according to claim 27 , wherein the oil is selected from the group consisting of linseed oil, soy methyl ester, coconut oil, soybean oil, high oleic oils, mineral oil, limonene, canola oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, tall oil, tung oil, mineral oil, epoxidized vegetable oil, cedar wood oil, any oil of wide fatty acid profile, and combinations of any thereof. 29 . The method according to claim 27 , wherein the solvent is a polar solvent. 30 . The method according to claim 29 , further comprising mixing the polar solvent and the microemulsion with a non-polar solvent. 31 . The method according to claim 27 , wherein the solvent is a non-polar solvent. 32 . The method according to claim 27 , wherein the oil is present at 1-70% by weight and the microemulsion is present at 5-95% by weight. 33 . The method according to claim 32 , wherein the oil is present at 10-50% by weight and the microemulsion is present at 50-90% by weight. 34 . (canceled) 35 . A method of degreasing, the method comprising: applying the degreaser to a substrate; wherein the degreaser comprises: a micoremulsion concentrate comprising lecithin; a co-surfactant; and a salt of an acidifier, an ester of an acidifier, or combinations thereof; and soy methyl ester, limonene, or the combination thereof. 36 . The method of claim 35 , wherein the degreaser further comprises a second co-surfactant selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate, propylene glycol, triethanol amine, and combinations of any thereof. 37 . The method of claim 35 , further comprising dispersing the degreaser in water. 38 . A method of adding an oil to a wood stain or wood sealer, the method comprising: mixing the oil with a microemulsion concentrate; wherein the microemulsion concentrate comprises lecithin; a co-surfactant; and a salt of an acidifier, an ester of an acidifier, or combinations thereof; thus producing a microemulsion; and mixing the microemulsion with water, a colorant, a biocide, a defoamer, a wax, a water soluble wood preservative, an oil soluble wood preservative or combinations of any thereof. 39 . The method of claim 38 , wherein the co-surfactant is selected from the group consisting of fatty acid ethoxylate, fatty acids, and the combination thereof. 40 . The method of claim 38 , wherein the oil is selected from the group consisting of linseed oil, soy methyl ester, coconut oil, soybean oil, high oleic oils, mineral oil, limonene, canola oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, tall oil, tung oil, mineral oil, epoxidized vegetable oil, petroleum solvents, alkyds, cedar wood oil, any oil of wide fatty acid profile, and combinations of any thereof.
