The present invention provides a release control agent for producing a release agent composition that has sufficient releasability from a silicone-based adhesive agent and that exhibits excellent releasability even when pressure is applied to a cured product; a silicone release agent composition containing such a release control agent; a release sheet having a cured layer formed from the cured product of the silicone release agent composition; and a laminated body having the release sheet and an adhesive layer. The present invention includes a release control agent containing from 15 to 29 mol % of a fluorine atom-containing organic group in each molecule, and an organopolysiloxane having no hydrosilylation reactive group; a silicone release agent composition containing such a release control agent; a release sheet; and a laminated body.

1 . A release control agent comprising an organopolysiloxane having from 15 to 29 mol % of a fluorine atom-containing organic group in each molecule, and having no hydrosilylation reactive group. 2 . The release control agent according to claim 1 , wherein the hydrosilylation reactive group is an alkenyl group. 3 . The release control agent according to claim 1 , wherein at least one molecular terminal group of the organopolysiloxane is a trimethylsilyl group. 4 . The release control agent according to claim 1 , wherein the fluorine atom-containing organic group is a group represented by C n F 2n+1 —R—, C n F2 n+1 —R—O—R—, or F(CF(CF 3 )CF 2 O) n CF(CF 3 )—R—O—R—, wherein R is each independently a divalent hydrocarbon group, and n is an integer of 1 to 20. 5 . The release control agent according to claim 1 , wherein a degree of polymerization of the organopolysiloxane is from 100 to 10,000. 6 . A silicone release agent composition comprising: (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least one fluorine atom-containing organic group and at least two alkenyl groups in each molecule; (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in each molecule; (C) the release control agent according to claim 1 ; and (D) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst. 7 . The silicone release agent composition according to claim 6 , wherein a content of the component (B) is from 0.1 to 40 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the component (A). 8 . The silicone release agent composition according to claim 6 , wherein a content of the component (C) is from 0.01 to 20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the component (A). 9 . A release sheet comprising: a cured layer consisting of a cured product formed from the silicone release agent composition according to claim 6 ; and a sheet-like substrate. 10 . The release sheet according to claim 9 , wherein the sheet-like substrate is paper, a plastic film, or fabric. 11 . A laminated body comprising: the release sheet according to claim 9 ; and an adhesive layer.
