Access control for RESTful operations may be provided to a centralized semantic graph store. In addition, operations may be provided over semantic triples distributed in a resource tree database. In an example, an system may use semantic descriptors distributed in hierarchical resource trees mechanisms for maintaining semantic descriptors relationship information. The mechanisms enable semantic queries to be performed within the context of specific graphs by using specific sets of sematic descriptors together. The mechanism which uses the formation of a group for semantic operation purposes also enables the use of the group resource in order to fan out semantic requests to members of the group, including members located on different service entities.

What is claimed: 1 . An apparatus for semantic resource discovery, the apparatus comprising: a processor; and a memory coupled with the processor, the memory comprising executable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to effectuate operations comprising: receiving a message comprising a semantic resource discovery; determining a set of semantic descriptors to be retrieved, wherein the set of semantic descriptors are related to a target of the message; and based on the set of semantic descriptors, retrieving content of respective descriptor attributes of the list of semantic descriptors. 2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , the operations further comprising: generating a semantic graph based on the content of the respective descriptor attributes; and providing instructions to conduct semantic resource discovery on the semantic graph. 3 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the respective descriptor attributes is stored on a different apparatus. 4 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the set of semantic descriptors are provided via a group resource. 5 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the set of semantic descriptors to be retrieved comprise a list of uniform resource identifiers to the semantic descriptors. 6 . The apparatus of claim 1 , when the semantic descriptors are resources. 7 . The apparatus of claim 1 , the operations further comprising verifying that an originator apparatus has access rights for the target of the message, wherein the target of the message is a first semantic descriptor. 8 . The apparatus of claim 1 , the operations further comprising verifying that an originator apparatus has access rights for each semantic descriptor of the set of semantic descriptors. 9 . The apparatus of claim 1 , the operations further comprising saving the content of an attribute of the target of the message as a document, wherein the target of the message is a first semantic descriptor. 10 . The apparatus of claim 1 , the operations further comprising saving the generated semantic graph in a temporary graph store. 11 . A method for semantic resource discovery, the method comprising: receiving a message comprising a semantic resource discovery; determining a set of semantic descriptors to be retrieved, wherein the set of semantic descriptors are related to a target of the message; and based on the set of semantic descriptors, retrieving content of respective descriptor attributes of the list of semantic descriptors. 12 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising: generating a semantic graph based on the content of the respective descriptor attributes; and providing instructions to conduct semantic resource discovery on the semantic graph. 13 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the set of semantic descriptors are provided via a group resource. 14 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the set of semantic descriptors to be retrieved comprise a list of uniform resource identifiers to the semantic descriptors. 15 . The method of claim 11 , when the semantic descriptors are resources. 16 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising verifying that an originator apparatus has access rights for the target of the message, wherein the target of the message is a first semantic descriptor. 17 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising saving the generated semantic graph in a temporary graph store in a temporary graph store. 18 . An apparatus for semantic resource discovery, the apparatus comprising: a processor; and a memory coupled with the processor, the memory comprising executable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to effectuate operations comprising: receiving a message comprising a semantic resource discovery; generating a semantic graph based on content of the message; verifying that an originator of the message has access rights for the semantic graph; and performing a requested operation in the message subject to the access rights of the originator. 19 . The apparatus of claim 18 , further comprising: receiving a message providing resource access control information for resources containing semantic triples; and generating access control triples associated with the semantic triples and the resource access control information, wherein the access control triples are stored in the semantic graph. 20 . The apparatus of claim 18 , wherein the verifying is performed semantically using access control triples.
