1 . A light-emitting device package, comprising: a package body including a cavity, and a recessed portion disposed around the cavity; at least one light-emitting device mounted in the cavity; a light-transmitting member disposed to cover a top of the cavity and configured to transmit light emitted from the at least one light-emitting device; and a bonding member accommodated in the recessed portion so as to allow the light-transmitting member and the package body to be bonded to each other in the recessed portion, wherein the recessed portion comprises: at least one first recessed portion disposed on a top of the package body around the cavity and having a concave cross-sectional view; and a second recessed portion disposed on the top of the package body and between the at least one first recessed portion and the cavity; and wherein the bonding member is disposed in the first and second recessed portions. 2 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one first recessed portion has a ring plan shape. 3 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one first recessed portion has a dot plan shape. 4 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one first recessed portion includes a plurality of first recessed portions spaced apart from one another by a predetermined distance in a direction that is perpendicular to a thickness direction of the package body. 5 . The package according to claim 4 , wherein the separation distance between the first recessed portions is equal to or less than a half a length of each of the first recessed portions. 6 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one first recessed portion is spaced apart from the cavity by a first distance, the second recessed portion being disposed between the at least one first recessed portion and the cavity. 7 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the light-transmitting member is spaced apart from an upper surface of the package body by a second distance in a thickness direction of the package body in the recessed portion, and the second distance is equal to or greater than zero and is less than a depth of the at least one first recessed portion. 8 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the cavity, the at least one first recessed portion, or the second recessed portion has a circular, elliptical, or polygonal plan shape. 9 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the bonding member is located to seal a space between the package body and the light-transmitting member. 10 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one light-emitting device emits light in a wavelength band of ultraviolet light. 11 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the bonding member includes an UV bond, acryl, urethane, silicon, or epoxy. 12 . The package according to claim 10 , wherein the at least one light-emitting device includes: a sub mount; and a light-emitting diode flip-bonded on the sub mount. 13 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the light-transmitting member includes a flat sheet, a semispherical lens, or a spherical lens. 14 . The package according to claim 1 , further comprising a molding member located in the cavity so as to enclose the at least one light-emitting device. 15 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the cavity is in a vacuum state. 16 . The package according to claim 1 , further comprising a rubber ring located between a side surface of the light-transmitting member and the package body. 17 . The package according to claim 16 , wherein the rubber ring is located on the bonding member in a space between the light-transmitting member and the package body. 18 . The package according to claim 16 , wherein the rubber ring has a circular, elliptical, or polygonal plan shape. 19 . The package according to claim 16 , wherein the rubber ring has a width ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.15 mm. 20 . The package according to claim 1 , wherein the concave portion has a spatial volume that is equal to or greater than a volume of the bonding member.
