What is claimed is: 1 . A method for use in an electronic device, comprising: displaying a looper screen including a plurality of loop items; displaying, on the looper screen, at least one first shortcut item that is associated with one or more of the loop items; and in response to a first selection of one of the at least one first shortcut item, reproducing at least one first music pattern assigned to one or more loop items associated with the selected one of the at least one first shortcut item. 2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising reproducing, when one of the plurality of loop items is selected, at least one second music pattern assigned to the selected loop item. 3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising in response to a second selection of one of the at least one first shortcut item mapping at least one activating loop item to the selected one of the at least one first shortcut item. 4 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: displaying, on the looper screen, at least one second shortcut item; and applying an audio effect to the at least one first music pattern in response to a first selection of one of the at least one second shortcut item. 5 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising displaying, in the looper screen, a plurality of effect items, wherein each of the plurality of effect items corresponds to a different one of a plurality of audio effects; and mapping one of the at least one second shortcut item to at least one of the plurality of audio effects, in response to a second selection of the one of the at least one second shortcut item. 6 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the first shortcut item and the second shortcut item are displayed concurrently. 7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the looper screen further comprises: a loop region in which the loop items are arranged in a grid; and a shortcut icon. 8 . The method of claim 7 , further comprising, in response to a selection of the shortcut icon, displaying a first loop shortcut window on one side of the loop region and a second loop shortcut window on another side of the loop region, wherein the first loop shortcut window includes the first shortcut item and the second loop shortcut window includes the second shortcut item. 9 . The method of claim 3 , wherein: the first selection of the first shortcut item is detected when the first shortcut item is touched for less than a threshold period; the second selection of the first shortcut item is detected when the first shortcut item is touched for longer than the threshold period. 10 . The method of claim 5 , wherein: the first selection of the second shortcut item is detected when the second shortcut item is touched for less than a threshold period; the second selection of the second shortcut item is detected when the second shortcut item is touched for longer than the threshold period. 11 . An electronic device comprising: a display unit; an audio processor; a memory; at least one processor operatively coupled to the memory, configured to: display, on the display unit, a looper screen including a plurality of loop items; display, on the looper screen, at least one first shortcut item that is associated with one or more of the loop items; and in response to a first selection of one of the at least one first shortcut item reproduce, via the audio processor, at least one first music pattern assigned to one or more loop items associated with the selected one of the at least one first shortcut item. 12 . The electronic device of claim 11 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to reproduce, when one of the loop items is selected, at least one second music pattern assigned to the selected loop item via the audio processor. 13 . The electronic device of claim 11 , wherein, the at least one processor is further configured to map, in response to a second selection of one of the at least one first shortcut item, at least one activating loop item to the selected first shortcut item. 14 . The electronic device of claim 11 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to: display, in the looper screen, at least one second shortcut item; and apply an audio effect to the at least one first music pattern in response to a first selection of the one of the at least one second shortcut item. 15 . The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to: display, in the looper screen, a plurality of effect items, wherein each of the plurality of effect items corresponds to a different one of a plurality of audio effects; and map one of the at least one second shortcut item to at least one of the plurality of audio effects, in response to a second selection of the one of the at least one second shortcut item. 16 . The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the first shortcut item and the second shortcut item are displayed concurrently. 17 . The electronic device of claim 16 , wherein the looper screen further comprises: a loop region in which the loop items are arranged in a grid; and a shortcut icon. 18 . The electronic device of claim 17 , wherein: the at least one processor is further configured to display a first loop shortcut window on one side of the loop region and a second loop shortcut window on another side of the loop region in response to a selection of the shortcut icon, and the first loop shortcut window includes the first shortcut item and the second loop shortcut window includes the second shortcut item. 19 . The electronic device of claim 13 , wherein: the first selection of the first shortcut item is detected when the first shortcut item is touched for less than a threshold period; the second selection of the first shortcut item is detected when the first shortcut item is touched for longer than the threshold period. 20 . The electronic device of claim 15 , wherein: the first selection of the second shortcut item is detected when the second shortcut item is touched for less than a threshold period; the second selection of the second shortcut item is detected when the second shortcut item is touched for longer than the threshold period.
