A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a base including a metal layer and a resin layer, and a product of an initial elastic modulus of the base and a total thickness of the base is 3000 N/mm or less, and a separation distance is 2 mm or less, the separation distance is measured with a peel test with a constant load as follows: a test piece of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a 10 mm width and a 100 mm length is attached to a surface of a stainless steel test plate and then, the test plate is left stand at a temperature of 23° C. for twenty four hours and then, a load of 100 gf is applied to one end of a length dimension of the test piece vertical to the surface of the test plate and a separation distance of the test piece is measured after one hour.

1 . A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising: a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having an adhesive surface on a rear side thereof, the adhesive surface being attached to an adherend; and a base including a metal layer disposed on a front side with respect to the adhesive layer and a resin layer disposed on a front side with respect to the metal layer, wherein a product of an initial elastic modulus of the base and a total thickness of the base is 3000 N/mm or less, and a separation distance is 2 mm or less, the separation distance is measured with a peel test with a constant load as follows: a test piece of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a width of 10 mm and a length of 100 mm is attached to a surface of a test plate made of stainless steel plate such that the adhesive surface is attached to the surface of the test plate and then, the test plate is left stand at a temperature of 23° C. for twenty four hours and then, a load of 100 gf is applied to one end of a length dimension of the test piece vertical to the surface of the test plate and a separation distance of the test piece is measured after one hour. 2 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein a loss elastic modulus G″ of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer at 70° C. is 5×10 3 Pa or more. 3 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has probe tackiness of 120 kN/m 2 or more. 4 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a thickness T 2 of 12 μm or more. 5 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein a ratio of a total thickness of the resin layer and another resin layer other than the resin layer included in the base to a thickness t 2 of the metal layer is from 1.5 to 8.0. 6 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein a ratio T 2 /T 1 of a thickness T 2 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a total thickness T 1 of the base is from 0.2 to 2.5. 7 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 used as a cover seal for a magnetic disk. 8 . A magnetic disk drive comprising: a magnetic disk unit including a magnetic disk; a head unit including a magnetic head configured to read or write information on the magnetic disk; a base member having a box like shape with an opening at one side and including a frame shaped end portion extending around the opening, the base member housing the magnetic disk unit and the head unit therein; a cover attached to the base member and covering the opening of the base member, the cover having an outer peripheral portion surrounded by an inner peripheral portion of the frame shaped end portion; and a cover seal being the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 and including a seal main portion attached over the frame shaped end portion and the cover such that the cover seal covers a gap between the inner peripheral portion of the frame shaped end portion and the outer peripheral portion of the cover, and an extended portion extending from a peripheral edge of the seal main portion and attached to a side surface of the base member, the cover seal being attached to an upper surface of the cover and an upper surface and the side surface of the base with being bent along the upper surfaces and the side surface. 9 . The magnetic disc drive according to claim 8 , wherein a loss elastic modulus G″ of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer at 70° C. is 5×10 3 Pa or more. 10 . The magnetic disc drive according to claim 9 , wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has probe tackiness of 120 kN/m 2 or more. 11 . The magnetic disc drive according to claim 9 , wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a thickness T 2 of 12 μm or more. 12 . The magnetic disc drive according to claim 9 , wherein a ratio of a total thickness of the resin layer and other resin layers than the resin layer included in the base to a thickness t 2 of the metal layer is from 1.5 to 8.0. 13 . The magnetic disc drive according to claim 9 , wherein a ratio T 2 /T 1 of a thickness T 2 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a total thickness T 1 of the base is from 0.2 to 2.5. 14 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has probe tackiness of 120 kN/m 2 or more. 15 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a thickness T 2 of 12 μm or more. 16 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 3 , wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a thickness T 2 of 12 μm or more. 17 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 2 , wherein a ratio of a total thickness of the resin layer and other resin layers than the resin layer included in the base to a thickness t 2 of the metal layer is from 1.5 to 8.0. 18 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 3 , wherein a ratio of a total thickness of the resin layer and other resin layers than the resin layer included in the base to a thickness t 2 of the metal layer is from 1.5 to 8.0. 19 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 3 , wherein a ratio of a total thickness of the resin layer and other resin layers than the resin layer included in the base to a thickness t 2 of the metal layer is from 1.5 to 8.0. 20 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 2 , wherein a ratio T 2 /T 1 of a thickness T 2 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a total thickness T 1 of the base is from 0.2 to 2.5.
