The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the thermal structure includes the heat-emitting portion and the heat-absorbing portion, and wherein the controller uses the data from the humidity and temperature sensors to selectively operate the heat-emitting portion and the heat-absorbing portion. 3 . The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the thermal structure is coupled with the vehicle frame. 4 . The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein a cover is disposed at least partially around the thermal structure, and wherein the cover is made of a thermally conductive material. 5 . The vehicle of claim 2 , wherein the heat-emitting portion includes a resistive heating element, and wherein the heat-absorbing portion is in communication with a cooling system of the vehicle. 6 . A vehicle comprising: a body panel; a thermal structure disposed proximate an inner surface of the body panel, wherein the thermal structure is shaped according to a predetermined indicia; and a controller for regulating an emitted temperature generated by the thermal structure and delivered to the body panel for creating a temperature differential proximate an outer surface of the body panel substantially in a shape corresponding to the predetermined indicia. 7 . The vehicle of claim 6 , wherein the body panel is a hood of an engine compartment for the vehicle. 8 . The vehicle of claim 6 , wherein the body panel includes an insulation layer proximate the inner surface, and wherein the thermal structure is disposed between the inner surface and the insulation layer. 9 . The vehicle of claim 6 , wherein the thermal structure includes a resistive heating element coupled to an electrical system of the vehicle. 10 . The vehicle of claim 6 , wherein the thermal structure includes a coolant line disposed proximate the body panel for cooling a cooled portion of the body panel, the cooled portion being in a shape corresponding to the predetermined indicia, wherein the cooled portion of the body panel utilizes moisture in ambient air to generate condensation on the outer surface of the body panel in the shape corresponding to the predetermined indicia. 11 . The vehicle of claim 6 , wherein the thermal structure includes a resistive heating element and a cooling line, and wherein the controller for the thermal structure includes a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor in communication with the controller. 12 .
