The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates beyond 4th-generation (4G) communication system such as a long term evolution (LTE). A method for receiving transmission beam (Tx beam) information by a user equipment (UE) in a communication system supporting a multi-user multi-input multi-output (MU-MIMO) scheme is provided. The method includes transmitting information on a selected Tx beam to a base station (BS), and receiving Tx beam information including information for a Tx beam selected by at least one UE other than the UE from the BS.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method for receiving transmission beam (Tx beam) information by a user equipment (UE) in a communication system supporting a multi-user multi-input multi-output (MU-MIMO) scheme, the method comprising: transmitting information on a selected Tx beam to a base station (BS); and receiving Tx beam information including information for a Tx beam selected by at least one UE other than the UE from the BS. 2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: determining channel quality information based on the received Tx beam information. 3 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising: transmitting the channel quality information to the BS. 4 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the determining of the channel quality information based on the received Tx beam information comprises: determining a strength of the Tx beam selected by the at least one UE other than the UE included in the received Tx beam information as interference strength; and determining the channel quality information by considering the interference strength. 5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving a signal from the BS; and selecting the Tx beam by performing a beam sweeping process on the signal. 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the transmitting of the information on the selected Tx beam to the BS comprises: transmitting the information on the selected Tx beam to the BS at a timing point identical to a timing point at which channel quality information is transmitted to the BS, or at a timing point different from a timing point at which channel quality information is transmitted to the BS. 7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the transmitting of the information on the selected Tx beam to the BS comprises: including the information on the selected Tx beam to a message identical to a message through which channel quality information is transmitted or a message different from a message through which channel quality information is transmitted, and transmitting the message to the BS. 8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the transmitting of the information on the selected Tx beam to the BS comprises: transmitting the information on the selected Tx beam to the BS by a period during which channel status is static. 9 . A method for transmitting transmission beam (Tx beam) information by a base station (BS) in a communication system supporting a multi-user multi-input multi-output (MU-MIMO) scheme, the method comprising: receiving Tx beam information on a Tx beam selected by a first user equipment (UE) from the first UE; and transmitting the received Tx beam information to at least one second UE. 10 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising: receiving channel quality information from the at least one second UE, wherein the channel quality information is determined by considering a strength of the Tx beam selected by the first UE as interference strength. 11 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the receiving of the Tx beam information on the Tx beam selected by the first UE from the first UE comprises: receiving the Tx beam information on the Tx beam selected by the first UE at a timing point identical to a timing point at which channel quality information is received from the first UE, or at a timing point different from a timing point at which channel quality information is received from the first UE. 12 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the receiving of the Tx beam information on the Tx beam selected by the first UE from the first UE comprises: receiving the Tx beam information on the Tx beam selected by the first UE through a message identical to a message through which channel quality information of the first UE is received, or through a message different from a message through which channel quality information of the first UE is received. 13 . A user equipment (UE) in a communication system supporting a multi-user multi-input multi-output (MU-MIMO) scheme, the UE comprising: a transmitter configured to transmit information on a selected transmission beam (Tx beam) to a base station (BS); and a receiver configured to receive Tx beam information including information for a Tx beam selected by at least one UE other than the UE from the BS. 14 . The UE of claim 13 , further comprising: a controller configured to determine channel quality information based on the received Tx beam information. 15 . The UE of claim 14 , wherein the transmitter is further configured to transmit the channel quality information to the BS. 16 . The UE of claim 14 , wherein the controller is further configured to: determine a strength of the Tx beam selected by the at least one UE other than the UE included in the received Tx beam information as interference strength, and determine the channel quality information by considering the interference strength. 17 . The UE of claim 13 , wherein the receiver is further configured to: receive a signal from the BS, and select the Tx beam by performing a beam sweeping process on the signal. 18 . The UE of claim 13 , wherein the transmitter is further configured to transmit the information on the selected Tx beam to the BS at a timing point identical to a timing point at which channel quality information is transmitted to the BS, or at a timing point different from a timing point at which channel quality information is transmitted to the BS. 19 . The UE of claim 13 , wherein the transmitter is further configured to include the information on the selected Tx beam to a message identical to a message through which channel quality information is transmitted or a message different from a message through which channel quality information is transmitted, and transmit the message to the BS. 20 . The UE of claim 13 , wherein the transmitter is further configured to transmit the information on the selected Tx beam to the BS by a period during which channel status is static.
