What is claimed is 1 . A switch device comprising: a case having a through hole; an operation member which is inserted into the through hole of the case and protrudes inside and outside the case; a waterproof member which is placed on at least one of an outer surface and an inner surface of the case and into which the operation member is slidably inserted; and a press member which presses the waterproof member against the case. 2 . The switch device according to claim 1 , wherein a cylindrical projecting section on which the waterproof member is mounted is provided on at least one of the outer surface and the inner surface of the case in a manner to correspond to the through hole of the case, and the press member is attached to the cylindrical projecting section so as to cover the cylindrical projecting section. 3 . The switch device according to claim 2 , wherein a female screw section provided on an inner circumferential surface of the press member is threadably engaged with a male screw section provided on an outer circumference of the cylindrical projecting section, and a pressing force of the waterproof member with respect to the case is adjusted by a fastening force of the female screw section with respect to the male screw section. 4 . The switch device according to claim 1 , wherein the waterproof member and the press member are respectively provided on both the outer surface and the inner surface of the case. 5 . The switch device according to claim 2 , wherein the waterproof member and the press member are respectively provided on both the outer surface and the inner surface of the case. 6 . The switch device according to claim 3 , wherein the waterproof member and the press member are respectively provided on both the outer surface and the inner surface of the case. 7 . The switch device according to claim 1 , wherein the waterproof member and the press member are provided on only the outer surface of the case. 8 . The switch device according to claim 2 , wherein the waterproof member and the press member are provided on only the outer surface of the case. 9 . The switch device according to claim 3 , wherein the waterproof member and the press member are provided on only the outer surface of the case. 10 . The switch device according to claim 7 , wherein an inner waterproof member is separately provided between an inner surface of the through hole and an outer circumferential surface of the operation member located on an inner surface side of the case. 11 . The switch device according to claim 8 , wherein an inner waterproof member is separately provided between an inner surface of the through hole and an outer circumferential surface of the operation member located on an inner surface side of the case. 12 . The switch device according to claim 9 wherein an inner waterproof member is separately provided between an inner surface of the through hole and an outer circumferential surface of the operation member located on an inner surface side of the case. 13 . The switch device according to claim 1 , wherein the waterproof member and the press member are provided on only the inner surface of the case. 14 . The switch device according to claim 2 , wherein the waterproof member and the press member are provided on only the inner surface of the case. 15 . The switch device according to claim 3 , wherein the waterproof member and the press member are provided on only the inner surface of the case. 16 . The switch device according to claim 13 , wherein an outer waterproof member is separately provided between an inner surface of the through hole and an outer circumferential surface of the operation member located on an outer surface side of the case. 17 . The switch device according to claim 14 , wherein an outer waterproof member is separately provided between an inner surface of the through hole and an outer circumferential surface of the operation member located on an outer surface side of the case. 18 . The switch device according to claim 15 , wherein an outer waterproof member is separately provided between an inner surface of the through hole and an outer circumferential surface of the operation member located on an outer surface side of the case. 19 .
