1 . Lamp including an electrical circuit with at least one LED element covered by a cover member, wherein a separation device is provided to mechanically severe at least one electrical conductor arranged to supply electrical power to said LED element if a detector element detects a defect of said cover member. 2 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein said separation device comprises an impulse element provided to be triggered to provide a motion force for severing said electrical conductor. 3 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein said separation device is provided to be electrically triggered. 4 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein an electrical triggering signal is provided through a triggering conductor electrically isolated from the electrical conductor. 5 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein said impulse element comprises a chemical charge. 6 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein said impulse element comprises a spring element. 7 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein said impulse element comprises a driving coil to electrically propel a ferromagnetic element. 8 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein said electrical conductor is a bond wire. 9 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein said electrical conductor is provided on a first carrier part and on a second carrier part, wherein said conductor is severed by separating said first and second carrier parts. 10 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of breakage zones are arranged along the length of said electrical conductor, and said electrical conductor is severed at least in two of said breakage zones. 11 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein a rectifier circuit and a driver circuit are arranged electrically between said LED element and electrical terminals, and said electrical conductor is connected between said electrical terminals and said rectifier circuit. 12 . Lamp unit according to claim 1 , wherein a rectifier circuit and a driver circuit are arranged electrically between said LED element and electrical terminals, and said electrical conductor is connected between said rectifier circuit and said driver circuit. 13 . Lamp according to claim 1 , wherein said detector element includes at least one conductive track provided on a breakable substrate. 14 . Method of operating a lamp, wherein electrical power is supplied through at least one electrical conductor to an LED element, wherein a defect of a cover member covering an electrical circuit including the LED element is detected, and wherein said electrical conductor in case of detection of said defect is mechanically severed.
