1 - 6 . (canceled) 7 . A system for delivering fluid to a wound dressing, the system comprising: a negative pressure source coupled to a wound dressing; a fluid flow device in fluid communication with the wound dressing, the fluid flow device configured to control flow of fluid to the wound dressing; a reservoir coupled to the negative pressure source and in fluid communication with the wound dressing; a bleed valve connected to the reservoir; a valve between the wound dressing and the reservoir; and a pressure sensor coupled to the wound dressing, the pressure sensor configured to send a control signal when the pressure sensor detects a predetermined pressure at the wound dressing, wherein the negative pressure source is configured to evacuate the wound dressing, the vent is configured to bleed the reservoir, the valve is configured to restrict fluid flow to the reservoir, and the fluid flow device is configured to deliver fluid to the wound dressing responsive to the control signal from the pressure sensor. 8 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the fluid flow device is a pump. 9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the pump is a variable-speed pump. 10 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the fluid flow device is a peristaltic pump. 11 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the fluid flow device is a centrifugal pump. 12 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the fluid flow device is a valve. 13 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the fluid flow device is a motorized valve. 14 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the predetermined pressure is approximately 0.9 atm. 15 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the predetermined pressure is a negative pressure of no more than 0.9 atm. 16 . A method for delivering fluid to a wound therapy dressing, the method comprising: creating a negative pressure on the wound therapy dressing; closing a valve to restrict fluid flow from the wound therapy dressing to a negative pressure source; delivering fluid to the wound therapy dressing while the valve is closed; monitoring pressure at the wound therapy dressing via a pressure sensor; achieving a desired volume of the fluid in the wound therapy dressing by restricting fluid delivery responsive to the monitored pressure; providing a reservoir between the negative pressure source and the wound therapy dressing; deactivating the negative pressure source prior to delivering fluid to the wound therapy dressing; and venting the reservoir to atmosphere responsive to the monitored pressure. 17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein restricting fluid delivery comprises varying speed of a variable-speed pump or operating a valve. 18 . The method of claim 16 , wherein restricting fluid delivery comprises closing a second valve between a fluid flow device and the wound therapy dressing. 19 . The method of claim 16 , further comprising achieving pressure at the wound therapy dressing of approximately 0.9 atm. 20 . The method of claim 16 , further comprising achieving negative pressure at the wound therapy dressing of no more than 0.9 atm. 21 . A system for delivering fluid to a wound dressing, the system comprising: a negative pressure source configured to aspirate fluid from a wound dressing; a fluid movement device configured to be in fluid communication with the wound dressing, the fluid movement device comprising a control device configured to control flow through the fluid movement device; a collection vessel configured to be coupled to the negative pressure source and configured to be in fluid communication with the wound dressing; a bleed valve connected to the collection vessel and configured to bleed fluid from the collection vessel; a valve configured to be positioned between the wound dressing and the collection vessel, the valve configured to regulate fluid flow from the wound to the collection vessel; and a pressure sensor configured to be coupled to the wound dressing, the pressure sensor configured to send a control signal when the pressure sensor detects a predetermined pressure under the wound dressing, wherein the control device is configured to control delivery of fluid by the fluid movement device to the wound dressing responsive to the control signal from the pressure sensor. 22 . The system of claim 21 , wherein the fluid movement device comprises a pump. 23 . The system of claim 22 , wherein the pump comprises a variable-speed pump. 24 . The system of claim 21 , wherein the fluid movement device comprises a peristaltic pump. 25 . The system of claim 21 , wherein the fluid movement device comprises a centrifugal pump. 26 . The system of claim 21 , wherein the fluid movement device comprises a valve. 27 . The system of claim 21 , wherein the fluid movement device comprises a motorized valve. 28 . The system of claim 21 , wherein the predetermined pressure is approximately 0.9 atm. 29 . The system of claim 21 , wherein the predetermined pressure is a negative pressure of no more than 0.9 atm. 30 . A method for delivering fluid to a wound therapy dressing, the method comprising: creating a negative pressure under the wound therapy dressing; closing a valve to restrict fluid flow from the wound therapy dressing to the negative pressure source; delivering fluid to the wound therapy dressing while the valve is closed; monitoring pressure under the wound therapy dressing; achieving a desired pressure under the wound therapy dressing by restricting fluid delivery responsive to the monitored pressure; deactivating the negative pressure source prior to delivering fluid to the wound therapy dressing; and bleeding fluid from a collection vessel positioned between the negative pressure source and the wound therapy dressing responsive to the monitored pressure. 31 . The method of claim 30 , wherein restricting fluid delivery comprises varying speed of a variable-speed pump or operating a valve. 32 .
