1 - 16 . (canceled) 17 . A method of processing service data, comprising: generating service components of a broadcast service; generating first signaling data and second signaling data, wherein the first signaling data includes information for indicating the position of the second signaling data and the second signaling data signals the broadcast service; processing the service components and the second signaling data into transport packets, wherein the first signaling data includes destination IP address information, destination port number and source IP address information through which the second signaling data is delivered; transforming the first signaling data and the processed packets into a broadcast signal; and transmitting the transformed broadcast signal. 18 . The method according to claim 17 , wherein the first signaling data includes service identification information identifying a service and version information indicating changes in the first signaling data related to the service. 19 . The method according to claim 17 , wherein the second signaling data includes access information about the service components of the broadcast service. 20 . The method according to claim 17 , wherein the second signaling data further includes service description information. 21 . The method according to claim 17 , wherein the second signaling data includes ROUTE session information for indicating ROUTE session in which the service components of the broadcast service are transmitted. 22 . The method according to claim 21 , wherein the ROUTE session information includes destination IP address information, destination port number and source IP address information of the ROUTE session. 23 . An apparatus for processing service data, comprising: a first module for generating service components of a broadcast service, wherein the first module generates first signaling data and second signaling data, wherein the first signaling data includes information for indicating the position of the second signaling data and the second signaling data signals the broadcast service; a second module for processing the service components and the second signaling data into transport packets, wherein the first signaling data includes destination IP address information, destination port number and source IP address information through which the second signaling data is delivered; a third module for transforming the first signaling data and the processed packets into a broadcast signal; and a fourth module for transmitting the transformed broadcast signal. 24 . The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the first signaling data includes service identification information identifying a service and version information indicating changes in the first signaling data related to the service. 25 . The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the second signaling data includes access information about the service components of the broadcast service. 26 . The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the second signaling data further includes service description information. 27 . The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the second signaling data includes ROUTE session information for indicating ROUTE session in which the service components of the broadcast service are transmitted. 28 . The apparatus according to claim 27 , wherein the ROUTE session information includes destination IP address information, destination port number and source IP address information of the ROUTE session.
