A method of preparing a positive electrode active material-solid electrolyte complex for an all-solid-state lithium sulfur battery includes mixing a sulfide based solid electrolyte, which includes Li 2 S and P 2 5 5 , and a positive electrode active material to prepare a mixture; milling the mixture to amorphize the mixture; and heat-treating the amorphized mixture.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method of preparing a positive electrode active material-solid electrolyte complex for an all-solid-state lithium sulfur battery, the method comprising: mixing a sulfide based solid electrolyte, which includes Li 2 S and P 2 5 5 , and a positive electrode active material to prepare a mixture; milling the mixture to amorphize the mixture; and heat-treating the amorphized mixture. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode active material comprises lithium ions. 3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the positive electrode active material is lithium sulfide (Li 2 S). 4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the step of milling includes planetary ball milling. 5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein, in the step of milling, the mixture is ground for 20 to 25 hours at 300 to 600 RPM. 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the step of heat-treating is carried out at 210 to 250° C. 7 . A method of preparing an all-solid-state lithium sulfur battery, wherein a positive electrode is manufactured by mixing a positive electrode active material-solid electrolyte complex prepared by: mixing a sulfide based solid electrolyte, which includes Li 2 S and P 2 S 5 , and a positive electrode active material to prepare a mixture; milling the mixture to amorphize the mixture; and heat-treating the amorphized mixture.
