What is claimed is: 1 . A system for dosing one or more fluids on a substrate, the system comprising: a rotating roll comprising: a central longitudinal axis, wherein the rotating roll rotates about the central longitudinal axis; an exterior surface defining an interior region and substantially surrounding the central longitudinal axis; a vascular network configured for transporting the one or more fluids in a predetermined path from the interior region to the exterior surface of the rotating roll, the vascular network comprising a plurality of main arteries, a plurality of capillaries and a plurality of fluid exits on the exterior surface, wherein: each main artery comprises an inlet and is substantially parallel to the central longitudinal axis of the rotating roll, wherein the fluid enters the vascular network at the inlet; and wherein the each capillary is attached to one of the main arteries and is in fluid communication with the one of the main arteries and at least one fluid exit through a substantially radial fluid path to form a tree. 2 . The system of claim 1 comprising a first main artery comprising a first fluid, a second main artery comprising a second fluid, and a third main artery comprising a third fluid. 3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein at least one of the first fluid, the second fluid, or the third fluid is a High Internal Phase Emulsion. 4 . The system of claim 1 further comprising an internal mixer. 5 . The system of claim 1 further comprising an overcoat station. 6 . The system of claim 1 further comprising a pretreat station. 7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the system is maintained at between 5 Celsius and 50 Celsius. 8 . The system of claim 2 , wherein at least one of the first fluid, the second fluid, or the third fluid is a polyurethane precursor. 9 . The system of claim 2 , wherein at least one of the first fluid, the second fluid, or the third fluid is a polyacrylic acid. 10 . A system for delivering one or more fluids on a substrate, the system comprising: 6 or less rotating rolls disposed in operative relationship with a substrate, wherein each of the rotating rolls comprise: a central longitudinal axis, wherein the rotating roll rotates about the central longitudinal axis; an exterior surface defining an interior region and substantially surrounding the central longitudinal axis; a vascular network configured for transporting at least one of the one or more fluids in a predetermined path from the interior region to the exterior surface of the rotating roll, the vascular network comprising at least one main artery, at least one capillary and a plurality of fluid exits on the exterior surface, wherein: the at least one main artery comprises an inlet and is substantially parallel to the central longitudinal axis of the rotating roll, wherein the fluid enters the vascular network at the inlet; and wherein the at least one capillary is attached to the at least one main artery and is in fluid communication with the at least one main artery and at least two fluid exits through a substantially radial fluid path to form a tree. 11 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the system comprises a first rotating roll, a second rotating roll, and a third rotating roll, wherein: the first rotating roll comprises a first tree comprising a first fluid, a second tree comprising a second fluid and a third tree comprising a third fluid; the second rotating roll comprises a fourth tree, a fifth tree, and a sixth tree, wherein the fourth tree, fifth tree, and sixth tree comprise one of the first fluid or second fluid; and the third rotating roll comprises a seventh tree one of the first fluid or the second fluid. 12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the first rotating roll is positioned upstream of the second rotating roll. 13 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the second rotating roll is positioned upstream of the third rotating roll. 14 . The system of claim 11 , wherein at least one of the fluids is a High Internal Phase Emulsion. 15 . The system of claim 10 , wherein at least one of the one or more fluids is registered with a product feature. 16 . The system of claim 10 further comprising a pretreat station positioned upstream of at least one of the 6 or less rotating rolls. 17 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the system is maintained at between 5 Celsius and 50 Celsius. 18 . The system of claim 10 , wherein at least one of the six rolls comprises an internal mixer. 19 . The system of claim 10 , wherein at least one of the first fluid, the second fluid, or the third fluid is a polyurethane precursor. 20 . A system for dosing one or more fluids on a substrate, the system comprising: a rotating roll comprising: a central longitudinal axis, wherein the rotating roll rotates about the central longitudinal axis; an exterior surface defining an interior region and substantially surrounding the central longitudinal axis; a vascular network configured for transporting the one or more fluids in a predetermined path from the interior region to the exterior surface of the rotating roll, the vascular network comprising a plurality of main arteries, a plurality of capillaries and a plurality of fluid exits on the exterior surface, wherein: each main artery comprises an inlet and is substantially parallel to the central longitudinal axis of the rotating roll, wherein the fluid enters the vascular network at the inlet; wherein the each capillary is attached to one of the main arteries and is in fluid communication with the one of the main arteries and at least one fluid exit through a substantially radial fluid path to form a tree; and wherein a first main artery comprises a first fluid, a second main artery comprises a second fluid, and a third main artery comprises a third fluid; wherein at least one of the first fluid, second fluid, or third fluid is a polyurethane precursor and wherein one of the first fluid, second fluid, or third fluid is a High Internal Phase emulsion.
